Rules

We do want you guy's to have fun in This guild, however, it is not fun if no one has any rules to abide by, here are a list of rules with some explanations as to why those rules have been put into place.

1. No txt spk u ndrstnd? (Use Correct and suitable Grammar)

Why: Text speak is not just offputting, but people can often find it hard to understand, please use proper grammar.


2. Whatever the crew says goes

why: I don't just chose anyone to become crew members, I pick people who are dedicated and who I can trust.

3. Swearing is allowed, however, if it is used excessively or inappropriately You will be given a warning* and the post will be edited.

why: people who join gaia should be mature enough to handle swear words, but there is such thing as too far.

4. Everyone has an opinion, they also have a right to it, just because it doesn't match with yours does not mean you can be abusive to them.

why: it's not nice!

5. Make sure you post your topic in the suited forum, if you don't think your topic matches up with any of the existing forums send a PM to a crew member and we will consider setting up a new forum.

why: we have real lives to live which means we can't be online all the time, spending two hours moving topics is not my (or any of the crew members) idea of a great time.

6. Help the crew members out and report any rulebreakings so we can get there faster (this is done through a PM to a crew member)

why: well we'd get there faster to deal with the situation.


7. Stay Active

why: you'll meet great friends and there is always something going on in Aekea, if you start to get bored tell a crew member and we'll have a meeting to discuss what we can do to lift up the atmosphere! (People who join and have 0 posts after a month will be banned)

9. Have fun

why: well theres no point in joining a guild if your not going to have fun there.

*Members who break rules will be given warnings. Only two warnings will occur before a member is banned. Warnings will go on record in The Staff room. After a year Warnings will be deleted however, if you've already been banned theres no going back, you will not be welcome in the guild.
