To whoever it may concern, You are invited to the Kitty Cat's Dance. Please dress in semi-formal or formal attire. It is mandatory for those who wish to join in on this special night. No need to RSVP, just arrive on that night and dance the night away.
Invitations sent... The scene was set by humans when they had a festival. There were christmas lights hung from pole to pole around a giant gathering. Humans were leaving one by one the area began to be more silent but the lights stayed on and upbeat music played... A perfect place... for a dance.
--------------------------------------
Out from a bush, Oliver dragged an old radio he found in the garbage that still slightly worked (it played music but the glass was shattered). He turned it on and music blared throughout the festival area. He himself was dressed in semi-formal attire, like what was written inside of the invite. He wore a dark red, almost black suit with a white shirt under it and a piece of ribbon acting like a tie under his jacket and over his dress shirt. He wanted to look good... for the ladies.
Skye, nervous about having to wear a dress wore a cute little thick strap dress. The straps were lace and the bottom part of the dress went out in a soft flare. It was light green, a colour that Skye thought she didn't look good in. It had a ribbon corset on the front and the back, a bow. Touya and Jiro made her leave her hat and quiver.
Touya and Jiro, who were MOST excited wore two different dresses. Touya wore a red dress that went down to her ankles and had a V-neck. It had a slit up the side that went to just under her underwear. Jiro on the other hand, had a very revealing outfit. It was a tube dress that went down to mid-thigh and wore black stockings (no holes this time!) and a pair of sexy heels that probably came from a Barbie set.

Saimhain, being the smooth fellow that he was, debated showing up in his usual attire, which was a pair of black shorts. However, the night happened to be just a little too chilly, so he too donned a sleek black suit. He wore a tasteful dark red shirt underneath it, with a muted gold tie that matched his eyes. As always, the gem around his neck sat glittering, right over his heart.
Lynxie hadn't intended to go to the dance. As a matter of fact, she hadn't even looked at the invitation. She just happened to be passing through the area that night. She sat back on her haunches and stared for a minute. There were so many lights! So pretty!

Oliver, after turning the music to a proper volume and good station, looked around watching some new cats come into the dance. He looked over into the distance and saw someone he knew... It was Lynx. She wasn't in any attire since well... Lynx hadn't set the spirit of her free collar yet. But to him. she was still welcome since it couldn't be helped. He trotted over to her and bowed slightly. "A very good evening to you, Lynx." He said to her with a smile.
Skye, fiddling with her dress, such as pulling at the ends or trying to pull the top of her dress higher to cover more of herself. But her attempts her futile. She noticed the new man who had come to the scene. He had jet black hair and gold eyes. She wanted to go say hello but... She didn't want to make a fool of herself on such a beautiful night...

Ah, ladies. Three of them in fact. Saimhain's customary smirk began spreading across his face as he approached the nearest one. She was a cute little number in a green dress and a gigantic fluffy somali tail. "Evening Miss." he purred smoothly "Might I have the pleasure of entertaining you for a bit this evening?" He struck a cordial posture and held out his hand, but kept his eyes on hers.
Lynxie was about to continue on her way when she saw a handsome tom walking towards her. She stood wide-eyed, mesmerized. She was sure she'd never seen such a dashing cat before in her life (or maybe it was just the fancy clothes), but there was something familiar about that curly fur. "Oliver!" she mewed in surprise. "I almost didn't recognize you! You look..you look really nice."

Remi peered in, clutching his violin anxiously. He knew that he should have left it behind, but he couldn't bear to think about what may happen to a violin if one stashed it away somewhere for a few hours. It getting stolen would be the least of one's concerns. So, violin in tow, Remi was in this place full of music, lights, and Adult Strangers, which was worse than normal strangers because no one took you seriously when you said you were an adventurer.
However one face did seem familiar to him. Skye! He moved to say something, but saw she was busy. Goodness though, he would have hardly recognized her in that dress. He himself had managed to find a tiny doll tuxedo, but it was a little tight on him, and therefore he was having some trouble moving. The effect made him look as stiff as a tin soldier when he walked, but at least he was dressed properly for the occasion, right?

Skye moved a hand to hold her opposite elbow. "um..." She stuttered but managed to make out the words of, "It's be... g-great pleasure." Offering out a hand. When she was just a little kitten, she was always told fairy tales and the princess was always greeted by her prince at the ball. She hadn't noticed one of her friends, Remi, yet. Otherwise she might've not said yes. She was asked for a dance by Remi a while back, but never got a chance at it.
Oliver smiled gently at the cat. "You look nice as well." He said to her gently with a bow. "This old thing's just the trash of some little girl cleaned up." He said, rubbing behind his ear and moving a hand back and forth, almost like a sideways wave.

Remi looked curiously at the adults all doing their strange ritual of Manners. Grandfather had taught him all about those, oh yes. Manners was always being good and doing right even if you didn't feel like it. Adults, though, seemed to have their own special subset of manners for dealing with the opposite sex, something Remi had barely begun to notice. Like if someone you fancy is flirting with someone else, you do too and all.
Remi shrugged. Manners were supposed to be simple, but grownups made everything harder. He watched Skye and the other cat for a moment. The other cat was a mysterious looking figure, all blacks and cool manners. he stood out amongst the rest of the adults in the room. Remi tugged at his tuxedo sleeve and fidgeted. "Rupert." he said to his violin, "Would you like to dance?" The violin probably said yes. "Great!" Remi said, and picked it up. "I'll lead, then."

As gentlemanly as ever, Saimhain bent forwards to lay a polite kiss on the hand in his. How cute. She was stuttering. "Shall we dance?" he asked, leading her out into the square and managing not to giggle at the cat courting a violin. You were supposed to play it, not play with it! Maybe after a few songs, he should pass the lady on to him. It didn't matter that the sleek black bombay didn't recognize anyone there. He had confidence enough for all three of them; maybe a little too much.
"It's still very pretty." she mewed, swiping a paw over her whiskers subconsciously. The bell around her neck jingled and she laughed a little to herself. "I'm just out hunting for a bit. Thankya for the tip on the human food. Now you have a good time and dance with someone pretty, okay?" Lynxie said with a little shove.
