Though boys and men have nipples, many are unaware that they also have mammary glands; Under the appropriate hormonal stimulus—the mammary glands of human males can also produce milk.

I always thought men have nipples because the embryo grows faster than it decides what gender it's gonna be.
So it grows nipples just in case.

All fetuses are female before they get huge amount of testosterone. Most women's bodies don't like testosterone so their bodies will make antibodies to kill the problem. That is why most miscarriges are male.
