F.A.Q. Q: HOMG... Kanoa is SUCH a cool name! Does it mean anything? A: It means "Free Spirit" in Hawaiian. Q: HOMG... Kanoa is SO HAWT! Can I have him? A: No. Just... no. Q: Your name is so long! Can I abbreviate it? A: Sure, I don't mind. n-n In character I prefer you to use 'Quick'. Out of character, you can use either 'Quick' or 'QTA'. Q: HOMG I -hate- you and Farland Clinic and my great Aunt Susan's toes! Can I post stuff like that here? A: No way. Even if you don't like it OOC, you leave it there in your head. PHOTO ALBULM  This is me pregnant. Note the swollen belly. xD I'm so excited to be a soon-to-be mother, and I can't wait to see what the baby is like. And here he is: Kanoa, my sweet baby boy! <3 His animal, Arabian Horse, has given him adoreable widdle hooves and a beautiful gray coat, and his butterfly wings are amazingly fragile. I've fallen in love with his blue eyes, and I think HE'S fallen in love with that panda. xD This is Kanoa's new "big brother," Ichigo. I'm not too sure how he got that strawberry shaped birth mark, but it seems to suit his tastes well! His book "Pretty Little Pastry" is all he has left to remind him of his home. (I also wonder where he got that cute pink apron?)

Inventory a. Panda Plush Kanoa's favorite (and only) toy at the moment. He clutches it tightly and doesn't seem to want to let it go. b. Feather Pin Kanoa wears this in his hair; it consists of a brown, v-shaped part, with two teal pieces and two white feathers. I hope that it will become a family heirloom.

Well, it's nearly 1:00 in the morning, and I have a strong craving for Chef Boyardee and Vanilla Yogurt. This makes it official - I'm really pregnant.
I've been in a small state of shock over the past couple of days, to be honest. I mean... I KNEW I was going to get pregnant of course - that's why I went to the Farland Clinic in the first place, and I couldn't be more excited! The process is sort of... confusing to me, but I know that my baby will have some kind of swirl of animal DNA, in addition to my own and the male DNA that was donated.
I think it will be... strange, but I am truly thankful for this opportunity. I can't help but wonder what animal was finally chosen? I wouldn't really care, you know, but I'm so curious. Is it a gentle butterfly or a wily fox? Or, perhaps, an aye-aye, or a poison dart frog? I think... I think what I'd like best of all, however, is a horse, a nice palamino, or maybe even an Arabian. Horses are such beautiful, majestic creatures...
But, no matter what the child comes out like, I know I'll love him dearly. Or her. That's just another secret waiting to be revealed!"

I've been trying to look up names for the baby, which is a difficult task for any mother-to-be, I know. It's a challenge because I don't know yet if it's going to be a boy or a girl. So, I've started a nice list of both!
I decided not to try and decorate the baby's room until I do know the gender, though. I don't want to go buck wild with decorations and then have to change in all of my pink stuff for blue, you know?
I'm really not feeling well today - morning sickness made the day start off sort of bad, and it's been pretty tiring ever since. Still, despite it all, I feel joyful. Even if I get a little sick along the way, I'm sure the baby will be well worth it.
