Zeda made her way into the show that was laid at the bottom of the horizon she had come here to find herself and her soul that seemed to be like the snow, forever frozen and never to be touched. She looked out at the field and was enchanted by its purity. It was enough to take her breathe away. When she did breathe the air made pattens infront of her she walked out into the beautiful place. She had never seen snow before but it looked ever so beautiful.
She seemed to stick out in it so much, it was true Zeda was far from an angel. She had so many scars that showed to everyone she meant and they seemed to have turned her into someone that she did not want to be, she was quiet an old girl and she had never been able to make one real friend, she was on a never ending mission to change the way she thought and acted but it was so much harder than it actually looked. Maybe things where meant to stay the same? Maybe it was just her place in the world.
She looked up at the sky and the snow seemed to be falling really slowly it was so beautiful how elegant it looked and then faded away into nothing to be just like every other little flake. inst that just the story of life. Zeda was really down and had been for a while she seemed to cause herself nothing but hurt and really did want to disappear. Just because she is quiet and not a lot of people know her does not mean she has not been threw her fair share of heart ache but what did she or anyone else care.
She sighed and made her way over to a frozen lake as she laid down to stare into it she stook out so much in the snow. Her silky black fur could be seem for miles a black blob on such a pretty picture.

At last, the chilly air that tingled along your skin like a thousand dancing icicles, vast plain lands endlessly coveted in a pure white blanket, warm breath that swam through the air in a steamy gray, it was finally here the seasonal change she had long waited for had acted rather quickly and autumn had been replaced only to be invaded by the glistening beauty of winter. Taking a few calm steps forward her eyes followed the small tracks of bunny feet and let a pleasant, joyful smile slide along her lips this was truly what she had imagined, from the endless tale of how winter was this blissful season of romance, with nothing but happiness and coincidental meetings, a sight for sore eyes just a wonderful experience within itself. Anyone who was deprived of this was missing something no should never have to go without, to experience 'everything' was a tale beyond belief but all of nature was another thing, it only had so many ways to be obvious it was around you, but even with the continuous weather there was so much wonder and mystery shrouding around it, that topic however was for another day, she had spent most of her short life so far on very few topics that was just one that came up more frequently, letting her ponder upon the most..
Coming to a rather steep hillside, Taharial's gaze fixed upon something dark within the distance, she couldn't tell what it was at first, only being like a smudge within her vision, wings fluttering she jumped off the small edge and let her out stretch wings temporally glide her down the slope, coming to a stumbling trot in her landing space, being only a young ling the white filly was finding it had to learn to fly, she had practiced on few occasions but her family had little time to teach her lately, which was partially her reason for exploring outside the grounds lately, leading to why her existence was present here in the snowy bitten lands. making her way over, the figure from before was more defined now, it was a mare much older than Taharial was, she was extremely pretty her vibrant markings reflecting over the snow and ice whilst her black marked body contrasted beautifully amongst the white sparkles floating within the wind, gently gracing the onyx mare with its presence; a chuckle escaped her lips, she saw this woman as no threat to her, she looked lonely which saddened her slightly, in the tales she was sure everyone was happy in winter, but this poor soul looked lost, her atmosphere dull and wavering like the frozen ice cracking little by little, with this feel she didn't want that to be her fate and carefully trotted over in hope not to scare the other away. "Excuse me?" she softly whispered. "Mind if I join you for a while..? you looked as if you could use a little company" she beamed, casting a comforting smile tucking her wings in, once again aside her.

Zeda looked over at the young one she was the same age as her auntie was now, she had only met her once and the young one seemed very disappointed to meet such a grumpy old mare as herself. But she saw no harm in the young one laying by her she was in much need for the company after having a few months like she had just had she really did not care about anything anymore never mind strangers. She snorted slightly flicking her hair over to one side before nodding slightly.
"Its not for me to say no to someone who's home i am probably invading anyways." She stated with a small sigh as she rolled her eyes her tone cocky and uninviting as always, she had pretty much given up all hopes of redemption at this point. She looked at the youngster and her odd appearance. She had voids for eyes and many wings. She was going to be such a beautiful adult you could see it now, her aura and colors where white as pure as the snow itself the perfect little angel, doesn't it make you sick?
She looked in the water she had never seen an Angi before and if she was in a better mood she would of been so interested in the filly. She stared into her eyes which rims where covered in blood it so so odd that she was marked such a murderer i guess she looked like she acted, gos must of knows she was going to be cold and cruel.

Taharial watched her in awe, she looked so... Disappointed in life it was something she had not witnessed before and never knew such a thing existed until now, it made her maw coil a little then that was when her teachings came to mind, many times before had she told herself the meanings to life, running little hopeful prayers through her head, chuckling cutely a pleasant smile overcame the small foal;trotting lightly over close enough to be called company but not enough to invade her own private space she shook her head slowly asif to disagree with Zeda's reply. "In the world everyone is welcome, nature grants everyone a home as long as you walk on the ground it keeps for us, then you are welcome. The wold is spacious enough therefore you wouldn't be invading someone else's home you would be amongst your own home, but in a different location... Here everyone is welcome." She softly uttered, now lowering her head down to the icy reflection staring back at the two of them. It was odd, she had seen her reflection within the water before but this time, it seemed... different somehow, her gaze shifted lightly to look over the other females reflection, blood stained eyes huh? That was new had she bee dwelling in sorrow all this time? For how long? She wasn't sure but one thing she was certain was that she didn't want it to continue, it ached deep in her heart when she gazed at her but her features never tainted, only remaining her kind painted self, whilst the air soothingly floated around them.
So far in the young Angeni's life, everything had been smooth, happy but she was soon finding the difficulties of the world that also worked around others like herself, she realized she had no eyes just two dark abysses that felt uncomfortable to others, enough that it was intimidating and unsightly, she had heard that before another was her recent friend she had met and was growing close to, it seemed she was the only one who was 'trying' to help her through her lack of speech and then, there was her family. From breaking out of her small pale woven basket, to being with her family and growing up to care, cherish and love them more than the world itself, and to Taharial the world meant so much, she had found even her own family had difficulties, it was only now how much she realized everything had its own faults, events that were somehow mis fortunate but the only concluded answer was 'its natural' life ended up that way because of what you made it to be, if there was an unfortunate event then there was something that one being did to lead up to it, it was all very confusing and for a foal not old enough to be someone to give wise advice, she dismissed it, only for the time being she had company as of now and in her heart she secretly vowed to do, anything in her power to help this mare out of her ill, detached state.
"Miss, may I ask what brings you here..?" she asked smiling sweetly, breaking the still silence.

"I don't know, I have never seen snow before so I wanted to see it, id only once before I leave for good I don't know if the place I am going will have snow you see so this could be my only chance." She stated truthfully she was planning to walk in the direction of the dun rise and keep on going until she would find a place she could stay a fresh start, she was stable before she let others into her life and now she wished she hadn't, the feeling of caring was new to her so much so that she wanted to run away from it. The only person she considered a friend at this point was little Forte who she needed come back for because she promised to be apart of her babies lives and she could not disappoint the little one.
She sighed deeply again she knew how her father felt now there was no way that he could be more heart broken for this then again Zeda had never been in real love so she could not say anything about that, Its not that she did not want anyone by her side it just did not come naturally to her. I mean she was not the prettiest mare out there and she was quite plain when you got over the rainbow skull on her back end and they where many more a lot more nice and caring than she was. A lot more that would better suit the positions of mother and mate, as well as a friend.
If there is one thing that Zeda always had it was esteem but even that seemed to escape her now this was probably the lowest part of her life and to be honest she just wanted to burst out into tears it was not her fault if it just seemed to turn out this way she had no control over it, she was always looking for other people to blame but herself but she even did that not. She knows that the only one that can be blamed for her actions is here there was no more running away from it.

An ill whisper ran through the air, her paces moving closer to the melancholic mare as she lowered her head down and smiled brightly, letting her body also lower to the ground, by this time she was laid by the purple soquili, letting the chill of winter embrace the two so freely, gently like combing through tiny strands unaware to anyones gaze. The mare made her think, was something so wrong in her life she had to run away from it? Or was it the need to travel and explore, it was puzzling and made her snort into the snow the sudden breath hording a group of white speckled dust. An idea shortly sprung to mind, in doing so the foal once again lifted to her feet and out-stretched her overly long, bird-like wings, skipping over to a large lump of snow. When her gaze narrowed to observe the white lump, she chuckled, scooping a cup full aside thoughtfully with her front hoof it really didn't take long to get to what she was looking for, the bright blue petals relaxing her mind, she always felt they were made to lift the hopes of others, being the brilliant blue of the daylight sky, vast and blue all sealed tight in many of natures little buds.
Taharial lent down and tugged at the root, freeing it from the grounds grasp as she made her way over to the mare and gently placed the bluebell by her hoof, her tail flicking either way happily in hope to try help the mare feel better. "Sometimes... I think its what we do that makes the difference... Like practice!" She laughed lightly. "Even though I have practiced a little before now.. I can't fly yet and its really hard to try co-ordinate these wings, but at the base of its meaning to succeed you have to keep trying, if things don't go the way you want them to the first time, or several times after that then all you can do s keep looking forwards. If not, and there is no confidence in being able to do so, it won't really matter where, or how you are placed in this world... no one can know you, until you 'know' yourself." She smiled softly and spoke at the same eve tone her eyes adjusting to the brightness of the clouded sky. "Everyone belongs in the world... Sometimes you just have to 'remind' others that you are here, make them notice your existence. Have you ever tried praying...? Its a wonderful thing, like wishing. If your troubles are realized im sure things can only start to get better!" she enthused, tilting her head slightly to the side in a curious manor, wondering if it had done anything to shed light upon the situation.
Snow was something she had only just seen too, winter was already becoming a favorite season even though she had only experienced two so far in her life, there was so much to see and learn, and there was bound to be more encounters to come in her life and surprisingly she couldn't wait to see what was to unfold as of right now though, the company of this new mare was of great importance and Taharial could feel something different about her, it was hard to explain it but something lingered. "My name is Taharial I'm sorry i didn't say before. May I.. ask of yours..?"

Zeda looked at the young foal her eyes narrowing slightly at her comments. "Yes well I am sure trying to fly with four wings is hard." She stated as she rolled her eyes and looked to the other side slightly. She was not good with young ones in fact Taharial was probably the first foal she had come in contact with since her childhood. She sighed as she contemplated very hard on what to say to the little one next she did not want to upset her with her words and thoughts, young ones she was told are sensitive and naive about the world so you should really let them just think what they want.
"Yes I have prayed before, more when I was younger than I am now, but I am far from religious about the gods and such, I guess its because I have learned you need to make your own way in life, nothing comes for free and so you should make your own way with out asking for his help because when you need him the most he does not seem to care, so I do not believe to avoid disappointment I guess, when you get older you will realize you need to trust in yourself not anyone else." She stated with a small smile she did not want to sound cruel she was just putting forth her point of view.
She looked up at the sky it was a ghastly gray it made her feel a little uneasy in a way but she felt better she had someone to talk to. She thought for a few moments. "But hey if it makes you feel better to talk to him do so sometimes just having him listen is good enough." She added on the end not wanting to hurt the young ones thoughts or feelings being an angeni must means she was religious and it was not her place to make her think otherwise.

At the overlook of her question she left the mare and decided not to ponder on it further, leaving her to let her know of her name when she wished to, she was never one to pry about details like that, she knew of who she was and what she looked like a labeled name was only of small reference. Her quick flexed replies was something new to Taharial and hadn't met many to know sadness was quite far detailed within the world, she casted a smile and nodded at her answers although her beliefs so far still held quite strong. "I wasn't implying on relying on him, as you said, speaking to him makes you feel better or whoever is there watching over us it gives us at least the feeling someone is listening to us... Yet you can trust others, if it weren't for others then it would be like your existence weren't really there. It takes something to make you and for one to know you to be here. So in actual fact, I believe you are lucky." her tone was built more quiet and defined in a thoughtful tone before she walked to the side of the lake once again and laid down, lowering her body down in stages.
Watching small animals scurry under and along the quilted terrain, two shiny orbs watched in amusement, chuckles proceeding to follow. "See, if they can have a wonderful time so can you. trying is something futile, and to do so makes things even harder to keep up. Eventually though maybe thats what gives the success in peoples lives, likes families..." She smiled inwardly and pressed a warm hearted on on her lips without any knowledge of it. Without the experience who was she to say this and talk of it so freely? noting her own family though, what she had been told was only a quick jester to what was to come,s he liked the idea of effort and found it only necessary if you were to move on in life.

Lucky? Zeda looked at the young one she had lives so long, she was considered a fully matured female with much experience in life and not one person she had met and not for one moment of the day she had ever felt like she could call herself or anything about her life and situation lucky. The foal's words where a little like a slap in the face but to be honest she would have prefured a slap in the face. Then she heard the word 'family' come into the convosation, she was not really listening to the foal the word lucky had distracted her enough until she heard a word she considered more meaningless.
"Little one, there is no easy way to say this, we all start off like you, but this world changed people.... no... others change people when I was little i used to believe that I could outrun a bird, then it flew away something i could never do i was grounded with my problems. Your view on life will change, I hope it doesn't your so innocent but... no one stays that way long." She stated with a soft voice if she was an adult she would have probably attacked her she had, had enough of mares making assumptions, Seraphia was the worst for it she believed to protect the world was to harm others. Even though this foals intentions where good she was still so naive about the real world maybe her parents where shielding her about it.
"I'll explain tell me little one, do you have a mother and a father, sisters and brothers? aunties and uncles? maybe even cousins and grandparents even? And more importantly do they all love you? and how do you know that they do? and friends do you have friends that love you and play with you?" She asked with a small smile on her face. She did not want to put a downer on things but she was always one to talk her mind and the little ones age was not going to stop her from doing so.

Taharial looked at her very blankly for a moment, then a soft smile casted towards the purple mare and then she nodded in reply to her question. "yes I do, I have a mother of great kindness called Angel, I have a father of much responsability and strength called Raguel, my sisters and brothers are all very strong hearted and willful however I don't have much knowledge on the rest of my family... Even so" she begun, the short while she pondered on the rest of her sentence, it seemed there was something she said the mare was disagreeing with or didn't like, it was a long out strung silence, then the small filly continued wanting to share her own idea's. It might of been a good thing, or it could of been a dangerous one but being peaceful it was only an opinion, and opinions were there to be agreed with or disagreed with, to be noticed or to be ignored.
"You see, even if people start out believing what I do and growing up there is a difference, to be changed by others is to let your view on life be faltered by your own will or to be changed because you feel restricted or there isn't any other way, that or they do this without knowledge, like without thinking of their actions, thought is a powerful thing but to ponder on a minor detail to let that take you along another path in life is the persons own doing. I believe to be strong is to always believe and put your heart towards something, if not then the reason why it isnt what it started out to be, is because you have found a new one, one more important or one of far more curiosity"
Stopping, she wondered how the mare would react to it and kept her eyes solely on her for a few moments before they turned back to the icy frozen lake with a loving smile, she snorted onto some flowers again, getting the thin rays of sun get to them, it was like the snow was suffocating them and all she wanted to do was let them take the energy they needed to survive. Taharial was slowly starting to see the differences in life, how people reacted, what they thought, opinions it was all different. t was truly... Fascinating.

Zeda looked to the side slightly she really could not be bothered with the thoughts and opinion of another at the moment she had too much on her mind she just smiled and nodded as always, it was a shame that no one seemed to amuse her anymore, things in her life have been shaken up and at the moment another meeting and another person felt like routine she wanted to get off the subject she hated talking to people about such meaningful things.
"Ah well I am sure they are." she stated refuring to the young foals flattering on her parents behalf. She was happy that the young one had such a nice family she knew what growing up alone did to a person, she closed her eyes and took a deep breathe in before she opened them again to look upon the world. "My mother is okay... my father is a total arsewhole who only cares for himself swallowed in his own depression he thinks hes the only one alive." she stated bluntly talking about her father always wound her up and her sister god forbid don't get her started!
The mare stood before she walked over to a tree and put her nose in the snow under it digging for some nuts or something she was ever so hungry after her long jouncy and she would loose patience in the foal if she was also fighting the annoyance with a hungry stomach she ate some dead leaves and some morsels of food she didnt really care about taste she was used to living off the minimum quality and amount to survive.
She sighed and thought for a moment before she looked back at the filly, "My name is Zeda... and I am searching for something." she stated as she rolled her eyes she could tell that she wasnt going to shake this little one off so she might as well make the best of a situation she was really too nice to foals if she was bigger she would have walked off but she did not want to leave a young one out here alone at this time.

Taharial got to her feet after Zeda climbed back to her own, she wondered where she was heading, tilting her head for only a few moments with a cute smile her multi toned tail slipping side to side. Maybe this mare was just a little lost in life, she needed a bit of guidance to get back on track or a friend? The thought made her happier about the situation. "are you hungry?" she asked watching Zeda pork and explore the within the depths of the blanketed ground, how long had it been since she last ate, it was all slowly breaking down in her mind if the way she was, was causing her to maybe not pay as much attention to herself as she should of been it could eventually be more harmful than it appears to be. "I can take you to a nice spot in the open lands, the grass is easier to reach there... It might fill you up more!" She lightly chuckled walking slowly towards her. She walked close enough to be at a safe distance so she wasn't intruding.
"Zeda..." She repeated finally catching her name, she wondered if it meant something but it was really nice, short and sweet. "You have a really pretty name Zeda." enlightened, her smile grew as her gaze flickered to the side at a large oak trunk where inside were quick movements made by smaller animals. It caught her attention whilst the mare continued to do as she pleased then the last few words pulled her gaze back to her. " Ooh really? is it something important?" she asked with a soft tone, waiting patiently in wonder what it could be.
