Well, here is basically where I'll be posting random pieces of art once I get them scanned. I'm sorry there are so few pieces to look at, but that will change, once I get back into the swing of things. I lost my inspiration a while back so, naturally, I got a little rusty.
I hope you like what I have to show you. Comments are welcome and much appreciated.

This, is Jon Talbain, from the Vampire Hunter series. One of my very first pieces of fan art. I had been flipping through an EGM one day when I saw his picture and had to draw it.
Though his muzzle is tad too short and his teeth need a little work, I'm very proud of it. ._.;; I have such a difficult time trying to draw male characters.

Another piece of fan art, Linda. She is from the PS2 game titled Stretch Panic. She isn't finished yet, but I really like how she turned out so far.
Once I get her cleaned up and colored, I'll be posting the finished version. 3nodding

Sadly, I'm not sure who this character is. All I know for certain is that they are from an anime called Angel Egg. This piece was done my senior year of high school. It's done on scratch board.
((If anyone happens to recognize the character, I'd love to find out. ))

Right now, I'm afraid that there is little for me to say. Being that they are not of your own design, all I can comment on is your accuracy of portrayal and I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with any of the characters. I will say that scratchboard is tricky, though and that you did a fine job of using it. I look forward to seeing more. If you do original characters, I hope you'll also contribute to the mascot competition.

Thank you ^^ . I did have another piece of scratchboard on which I started a lamia from Final Fantasy, but I'm afraid that's at my parent's home, 13 hours away. ; _; Perhaps I'll find it on my next visit.

Here is an original piece, for a change. I drew her quite a few years back and a friend of mine colored her in color pencils. I can't say that I was feeling down or hurt, anything of that sort, when I drew her because really, I don't draw sad things when I'm sad.

Another original character. I rarely draw a full character, so I'm pretty pleased with it. I hope to take this into GIMP and finish her up soon.

I drew this little guy some odd number of Halloweens back when my mother wanted to make decorations for the yard. I never presented it to her though, doubting she would accept it since of it's odd style. sweatdrop

My favorite things to draw are eyes. It's nine times out of ten where all my drawing start. This was originally going to be some character I thought up, but wound up as a scrap. sweatdrop

I can't say much one way or the other about your grasp of anatomy as a whole, since it's just too early to tell, in terms of what I've seen, but I can say that stylistically your drawings are simple, but charming. I rather like them.

:3 Thank you both. I should have more to put up soon. It's just a matter of inking them, scanning them onto the computer and possibly using GIMP for some touch-ups.

This is a fairly old doodle. I was bored and armed with a tablet of paper and a black sharpie. :3 I remember that I had, as always, started with the eye and had accidentally made too long of a line and made it to look like markings or face paint.

=o This is my first piece of digital art using GIMP, or any other program for that matter. Just finished it, actually. ^^ The sketch was done on paper in about 5-10 minutes then I scanned it and had worked on it for the past couple of days. I drew it for the mascot contest here in the guild.
