Ok, so basically (to my knowlage) having a opposite or squared planet compared to someone elses complicates things right ((except on rising signs...I've heard different opinions on that one)).
So, I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who sometimes finds themselves attracted to someone with a venus/mars in an opposite sign?
Like, I find that I'm attracted to people who have Leo in Venus or Mars (or both) even though mine are both in Aquarius. (btw, the only fire sign I have is Aries in Mercury and I don't have any other air except Aquarius is also in Saturn)
So, basically, does that happen to other people?
And, if so, why does that happen...shouldn't that just complicate things and make you like them less?

It's a really weird thing but it can either complicate things or help you learn more about other people. biggrin It's really the right learning process of different points of views my friend biggrin

I do not believe where the opposite of your sign attracts you. Maybe for some but not others. Let me set an example: I have a friend who have be married for 19 years now. She is Gemini while her husband is a Sagittarius. According the chart, these two signs are opposite from each other. However, both of them hate each other and I mean hate. I sometimes wonder why she is still married to him. This is a con of the situation. My friend's parents are Aries and Libra. Again, opposite signs on the chart and have a happy marriage. So it depends on the person I guess. Still haven't figured it out.
I am going to be honest here, I do not know much about the square planets yet. I am still a beginner at this though I am learner everyday. As you have stated above, it could be true. But like I typed down, its depends on the person. Maybe my friend who has been married for 19 years is opposite from husband but their charts tell another story. You don't have to be opposite in everything. 3nodding

Opposites can attract or repel and really they aren't completely different, in fact it's just the way they think about the same thing sometimes.
Like my sister who is sagi went out with a Gemini and she dumped him finally.
I say you can either tolerate them or not.
Mainly if you accept their point of view and they accept yours.

I find that its all about extremes with your opposite sign. You are either head over heels in love with them or you absolutely despise them. I usually don't see anything in between.
I had a sag friend who dated a gemini (that seems to be the pairing theme for this thread eh?) & they were together for a year. She was absolutely in love with him.
Then when they broke up it was pretty bad.....now to my knowledge they don't even talk anymore. &I am best friends with both of them.
I used to be best friend with a Leo (I'm an aquarius). Litereally attached at the hip. Now I can't even stand the thought of her. I'll be nice to her for the sake of our friends we share but that's it. I hate her so much. And I hate the word hate.
Okay, i'm just rambling now. Sorry about that. sweatdrop I'm not sure where I was going with my rant either but my examples I used above were just strictly sun signs. I haven't experienced or even studied the other planets yet. I'll probably do that the next opposite relationship I stumble upon. smile

We've been friends for about 9 years now. We don't hang out alot but we enjoy each other's company. smile *hugs back* Aquarians are fun to listen to, like my friend Mary, who is hilarious for she has terrible memory, she also looks so cooky but seems so normal too... but o_o it's wow. She's a good friend of mine :] Aquarians have a lot to say and I do respect them. I don't know any I don't get along with. biggrin
