Gedeon Stood in a winter stricken feild, the once green grass now tuffs of brown, covered in thick layers of snow and ice. Trees surrounded the small feild, and a stream was not too far off. It was a nice spot.
A hoof pawed at the snow, trying to uncover something to eat. If anything he might try for some bark. Every now and then he'd lift his head, chocolate orbs scanning the area and ears flicking, straining to hear for danger.
It had been a long time since he'd met with another of his kind. He realized this winter must be hard on the sharp-teeth too. The wolves.

Every breath Yakul took was visible in the harsh weather. Like the other deer around he too dug in the soft snow to uncover some grass to eat. Radar like ears moved constantly to pick up any sign of danger. Every little sudden noise he heard he would his would lift his head and as soon as everything was clear once again he would go back to the grass.

Chocolet orbs cought site of the other and it (made a deer noise? -scratches head-) in greeting, standing proud a moment before going back to his quiet grazing. He made his way toward the other.
"Hello there. It has been long since i've seen another, how fare you?"

The other buck nodded his head lightly, watching the stranger. "Fairing well, i 'spose. The weather is not as bad as it could be, I must admit.
