Platforms: PS3 & X-Box 360
Fracture is an upcoming video game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 by Day 1 Studios, and is currently scheduled for an October 7th release in North America and a European release on October 10th.
Story Global warming and the search for methods of combating its effects have split the United States, and the world, in two. In the west is the Atlantic Alliance, a staunch supporter and leading innovator of cybernetic solutions to the world's problems. Their adversary is the Republic of Pacifica and their Pacific Rim allies in the east. They advocate adapting the human genome to cope with the changing world. Both factions are armed with a new type of tectonic technology that allows armies to raise and lower defenses out of the earth at any location of their choosing.
Gameplay Fracture will include deformable terrain, which is a key aspect of gameplay.

THey have many weapons, wich morph the terrain, and many aspects of it look and were entertaining.

To me it felt like a very generic shoot, which a twist. I'm not sure if it's for me.

You should get the game so that I can come over to your house and play it with you. It sounds pretty cool.
