Bones has anounced a new FMA series n.n FMA 2.0
No other information has been relised trhough the same team is working on it.
That is all n.n

I heard about that... on Wikipedia. Supposedly, it's going to come out in Japan in 2009. It didn't say much more than that though.

I heard about that too, on YouTube someone said they were coming out with a second season and someone else said that they were just going to re-do the entire anime, only this time follow the manga more closely. Because, they barely followed the manga at all. They didn't "stray" they swerved off the road through a couple trees and into a tire burning factory.

I watched about half of the first episode of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood yesterday, I was pretty mad that it was basically just a re-write (as I thought it would be a continuation, as much as I love FMA, I can't bring myself to watch the new series. If it follows the manga, then why not just read the manga?
