So, I think last week's synopsis was a bit tl;dr. ^^; I'll try to stick more to the plot-related stuff this time... although it still looks long.
KARATE SCHOOLED
We start off with a man I will call "Roger" ("sorry Roger, you tiger now!") fleeing through the streets. He is quickly cornered... by the Bathrobed Menace! Roger swears to never tell... something... but the Menace decides to beat him up with his whackin' stick anyway.
Theme song!
Now we're in the lair where Mikey is (of course) getting reaquainted with his skateboard, while the other boys and Serling are moving in. Don is watching Splinter get vaporized over and over... and getting more entrenched in his own guilt. Despite his brothers' reassurance, he still takes Splinter's loss very personally and insists he could have done something. Just then, the alarm goes off, which means someone's approaching the "base." Don kills the lights and they all get ready to fend off the intruder... who is surprisingly competent in fighting them off! He threatens the turtles for invading his friends' home, and they recognize his voice. Lights back on, and hey! It's Casey! Big happy reuniting hugs, and April comes in too. (Interesting point, April says they've been gone for a year and none of the turtles are surprised.) Serling is rather honored to finally meet them, which prompts a big "what the heck" from C+A and an explanation from the Turtles.
After the explanation, Don has another "it's all my fault" moment and the topic is quickly changed to where Casey learned to fight so well. Casey explains that he found an awesome karate school with a great instructor, but then realizes that he needs to get going or else be late for his lesson. April seems worried at this.
Cut to the dojo, where Casey is indeed late and wearing a vaguely familiar uniform. Khan -- the Bathrobed Menace -- is the instructor (KHAAAAN!!), and lets Casey know being late is disrespectful before hitting the gong behind him with his whackin' stick. The sound of the gong hypnotizes the students and turns them all into Gaara of the Sand... including Casey. Hypno-Casey tells Kahn that the turtles are back, and Khan tells his students that it's time to destroy them once and for all.
Back in the lair, Don is working on something complicated. Serling and April are helping. The boys offer to help as well but they don't quite know what the heck he's talking about. Mikey offers a potted plant. April knows enough to realize that this is way futuristic stuff, and asks Don about it, but he brushes her off with a "it's not future technology, just 'now' tech in new ways." Or something like that. She's a bit put off by his attitude, and starts worrying about Casey again. She suspects the training is doing something weird to his personality, so the turtles offer to check out the dojo for her. Except for Don, he just wants to get rid of the racket so he can work in peace. Raph suggests that April tries to get Don to take a break while they're out. Don tosses some keys to the boys and they all head out...
...in their NEW CAAAAR! Which is a big ol' tricked out garbage truck. Raph's driving the Hauler, which Mikey whines about until Raph decides to test the hover feature. They park on a roof (much to the unease of Mikey's stomach) and check out the dojo. It seems normal until Khan walks out of the room -- only to instantly appear behind them. He shoves them through the window and the turtles land in the middle of the hypno-students, whom Khan then orders to attack. Bang a gong, we are on!
The turtles realize the students are hypnotized, although they don't know the source yet, and use their ninja dodging skills to take out the mostly inexperienced students. (Seriously, Casey must've been a pet project for Khan or something.) Then Khan sends hypno-Casey in to finish them off, and the turtles start getting beaten up. Raph tries a "I know you are in there somewhere" thing, which doesn't work, but a blow to the head does. Khan bangs the gong again, and this time the turtles feel the effects too... although they aren't hypnotized. (I suspect their playful banter had something to do with it, but whatever.) Hypno-Casey goes after them again, but now the turtles know the gong is causing it, and knock Casey back into the gong... which cracks and falls off the wall, revealing a Foot sign underneath.
Now Khan is fighting, and he's super-fast. Like, Zippy Lad fast. And at one point he nearly breaks down a pillar trying to get Mikey. Leo and Raph try fending him off while Mikey says he'll get "help." By "help" he means the Hauler, which he drives through the building and, shortly afterwards, Khan. Everybody piles in, and Mikey takes out the remaining pillars before leaving, so the building will collapse.
The boys return to the lair, where April is happy to see Casey looking well. Unfortunately she's had no luck with Don, who's just been "hooking things up to the internet." They go back to where he's working and try to talk him out of it, when -- gasp! -- a spinning 3D representation of Splinter appears briefly on the screen, saying "my sons..."! It vanishes into static again, and the gang are left astonished.
Back in the ruined dojo, a holographic thingy behind the gong turns itself on, and Cyber Shredder is there! Khan is overjoyed to see his master again, and Cyber Shredder tells him that it's only a matter of time before he's free of the intertubes. Oh, and that the turtles must be destroyed as well.
To Be Continued...!

I love how nostalgic Serling sounded when he said "You have Cody's eyes." Oh Don, don't turn into
Vaarsuvius... or, well, do, that'd actually be pretty cool, but... just don't... argh. I'm so conflicted. ;.; I mean, he got VILLAIN music! How badass is that?! Now I really am looking forward to this season.
