About a month or so since that day. I told Zelda about it and not even she could cheer me up. When I did missions with team Flare, I got the job done, just not with my usual 'pep'. Zelda and Isai, even Flare sensei was worried about me. I might not be ok, but at least Lee got what he wanted. His 'Sakura-chan'. They make a cute couple...That I admit...
Well, I'm through with it. I won't let any guy get in the way, the only guys I can ever care about is Isai and Flare sensei. I'm through with the happy beginnings just to go to a sad ending. I'm better off with friendship than love anyway. Walking around the village now a days seem so different. My pace is slower, I always walk with my head down. Who knew getting your heart broken was so...depressing...Suddenly...
"Oof!"
"Gah!"
I fell back. Maybe walking with my head down wasn't much of a good idea. The person I bumped into lent a hand out to help me up.
"Are you alright?" he said. It was a guy. I didn't want to get involved with guys anymore, so I got up on my own instead of taking his hand.
"I'm fine, thank you," I said, dusting myself off. The guy just looked at me. I looked at him.
"What are you staring at?" I said rudely.
"Are you a girl?" he said, chuckling. I instantly got mad.
"Ofcourse I am! I look like one, don't I?"
"Well, you don't act like a proper young lady," he replied. Proper? Heh, this guy got me on the wroooong day.
"I'll show you 'proper'!" I growled, balling up my fist. I threw a punch at the guy, but he easily caught it. My eyes widend. He's fast.
"I don't fight women," He said, sternly, "And girls shouldn't be fighting at all,"
I growled more.
"Girls can fight just as good as boys, buddy!"
"My name is not 'buddy'" he repiled. He took my hand that was in his grasp and kissed it, "It's Toushio,"
I blushed a little, but I was still glaring at him.
He had short brown hair that covered one of his eyes, and he wore his ninja headband over his forehead as do most ninja. His eyes were a yellowish hazel and he wore black with blue footwear. I snatched my hand away,
"Well, 'Toushio', girls can be just as good as boys,"
He gave me a slight smirk.
"I have to disagree with you," Toushio said, "But being the strong but beautiful young lady you are, I'll agree for the momment,"
I blushed more.
He...said I was beautiful?
"Might I ask what the name of this pink haired angel standing before me is?"
Ok, now he was being cheesy.
"Its Hina," I said, glaring again.
"Hina," he repeated after me, then he gave me a small smirk, "Very well, Hina, until we meet again, I bid you adieu," he said, disappearing. I growled a little more and starting walking back home...
'until we meet again'...
yeah, when we meet again...that'll be interesting...
