The first images of his vase is lost to his past. And yet his reaction brought him back into the world and seems to have attracted a leech, this might now be a good thing.
Billy has come out into the world and he is not too found of his new found friend. The little 'bug' can be killed over and over but it returns to torment and give him a place to release his anger.

Billy has no friends and the leach does not count hear becuase billy always tries to kill him.
