OK so here's the break down.
1. To Post you room, us this style. Yourname # room number (e.g. Charly # 66)
2. Design how your room looks, and whats in it.
3. It's the room owners decision if its OCC or RP or semi-OCC
4. If the room owner kicks you out, you cannot post in there untill they say.
5. Public safty commission members get bigger dorm rooms than all others, the normal dorm size is about that of a college dorm, just like a studio apartment (16ft X 14ft). Public safty commission members rooms are rather large with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom (45ft X 40ft).
thats about it for now, I'll add more later.

Should there be a room in which the people in each dorm can meet all together? or is that pushing it?
