Hello all! xd I decided to start this topic because of a conversation I had last night with a friend. She remembered a book that she had read a long time ago, but couldn't remember the title or author. Thankfully, I knew what book she was talking about when she described it to me and even own the book so she could read it again. So...where am I going with this? sweatdrop
Well I also have two books of my own that I have no clue what the titles or the authors are. I wanted to start this to see if anyone knew what they were, but to also let others post on here if they want. 3nodding
So if any of you have a book you remember from reading a long time ago, but don't remember what it was called or anything else post on here and maybe someone else will know. whee
Guess I'll go first on here since I started it:
The book I read was about 7 years ago or so. It started with a man who was like a wizard who could call magical ancient creatures to serve him. Then he had a daughter who could do the same thing and she's the main character. She lives in isolation until she's in her twenties I believe and then a man brings a baby to her to take care of, the baby is a prince who's life is being threatened. She raises him with the creatures until the man comes back for him and then.....something happens....and then another wizard tries to make her his slave. However, this dark evil creature comes and saves her and gives her his name. (note: the way she controls the creatures is because she knows their real name) The man who brought the baby falls in love with her and brings her back to society, and the prince wants to use her creatures to win the war for his crown. She gets married to the man and then the evil creature comes to kill her, but then she realizes it's name and it transforms to the most famous mythical creature that even her father could never find. (Wow this was long) xp
So anybody know this story?
