So, I've got a bit of a problem at college.

There's finally another Jew there, only problem is, she is the manifestation of the Jewish American Princess. She's managed to offend me several times by insulting my religious practices (she's non-observant). That being the case, I choose to avoid her, and she chooses to avoid me.

The problem is that she moved into the lounge that all my on-campus friends live in. They hate her. She hates them. They're beginning to spiral into tit-for-tat actions against each other, in the most immature ways possible. Each party is out to make the life of the other a living hell. Unfortunately, my friends started it.

Seeing as I've told them several times that I don't condone their actions, and think they should stop, they've continued. As soon as I find one online, I'll be informing them of my decision to extend my personal protection to their loungemate (they take an action against her, I consider it an action against me).

The secondary problem (the biggest one to me) is that doing this will piss off my friends.

Suggestions plzkthnx.

Dunno if this helps but...

Honestly, just because someone is a Jewish American Princess, doesn't automatically make them an obnoxious and vindictive socialite.*

However, dealing with your second problem first, your friends are annoyed that you want to get rid of the eye candy? Instead of taking it through the proper channels and trying to get her thrown off campus for being a royal douche, be a royal douche yourself. Sit across the table from her and the moment she tries to bring up more drama than you need I suggest using what I would say in a situation as that. Use any one of these, or in combination in any order you see fit.

"SHUT THE ******** UP!"
"NO ONE CARES!"
"KEEP IT TO YOURSELF FOR ONCE!"
"ALL YOU DO IS WHINE AND b***h!"

Cause as much attention as you possibly can to the situation, and if security asks you to leave, do so without causing a scene, because you've already caused one.

If it does go to the logical extreme that the Dean of Students wants to talk with you, just say "look I'm sorry, I was a little over stressed from classes and took it out on her because she was literally on my last nerve."

They will pat you on the head, give you a cookie, and tell you to control your stress better.

This should solve problem one as well with the strategy I like to call: Silence the Child or Send it Away.

*(Obnoxious and vindictive attention whores should die in a fire on principle)

I'd suggest handling it the Torah way instead.

Transliteration: Eilu devarim she'en lahem shiur - hape'ah, vhabikurim, vha'rayon, u'gemilus chasadim, v'talmud Torah. Eilu devarim sh'adam ochayl peirosayhem ba'olam hazeh v'hakeren kayemes lo l'olam haba, v'eilu hayn: kibbud av v'aym, u'gemilus chassadim, v'hashkamas bais hamidrash Shacharis v'Arvis, v'hachanassas orchim, u'bikur cholim, v'hachnasas kallah, u'levayas hames, v'iyun tefilla, v'havas shalom bayn adam l'chaveiro, v'talmud Torah keniged kulam.

One of many classic translations: "These are precepts that have no set amount: the corner of the field which must be left over, the first fruit, the pilgrimage, acts of kindness, and learning Torah. These are the precepts whose fruits a person eats in this world but whose essence remains intact for the World to Come, and they are: honoring one's mother and father, acts of kindness, arriving early for morning and evening services, hospitality to visitors, visiting the sick, providing for a bride, accompanying the dead, absorption in prayer, making peace between a man and his friend, and the study of Torah is equal to all of them. [because it leads to all of them]"
