 It had been a while since she and Jaden parted ways. She still felt angry and sad about the whole thing. She padded around the field and she headed out toward the river to get a drink. It was hot out again, it was always hot... She wanted the fall to come, she liked the fall a lot... She dazed off in mid step... She liked jaden a lot too. "What an a**!" She growled. "I'll just find someone else!"

 Hotah found the hot sunny days to be rather burdensome as he was white as snow and his skin burned. A sad fact he learned as a pup. Today seemed to be the hottest before autumn came. Finding a cool escape in the shade of several trees, he reclined in the water of the river up to his neck. The water moving threw his fur felt heavenly as he closed his eyes for a light snooze, his ears on a constant "watch".

Lunar had padded over to the river and she took a drink of water, her tongue lapping up the cool liquid. It was then, that she noticed a severed head... Was it severed? There wasn't any blood... She moved a little closer, it looked like it was still alive. She pawed at it a little. "Thats creepy..."

Hotah must have drifted a bit more than he planned because he never heard the approaching helix till it bonked him on the head. His ears twitched and his crimson eyes opened suddenly and looked up at Lunar. "Do you mind?!" he growled at her. "It's hot enough without being so rudely disturbed....." Hotah got up and shook some of the water from his pure white fur.

Lunar raised a brow in his direction. "Well excuse me... you looked like a severed head!" She shook her head some, and turned to walk away, letting her tail catch him in the face, as he shook, getting her wet. "Why don't you watch where you're shaking." She had been in a bad mood, and now this jerk was making it even worse. "God guys ar so insensitive and jerky..."

"I'm not the one who went up to someone who was napping and whacked them in the head...." and with that last comment he purposely splashed her with water. "There take that...you seem to need to cool off!"

She froze getting wet and then spun around. "Well excuse me for being cornered as to why there was a head wth no visible body in the edge of the river!" She grumbled at him and pawed at hi head a little. "GOD, I'm sorry for waking you up, but its not all that often I see a head with no body" She rolled her eyes before going to the edge of the water, a little away from him, and getting a drink, all the yelling as made her thirsty.

Hotah snorted at him. Females...they where such drama queens. It was one reason why he usually kept to himself save for Scarlett of course. He raised her as an adopted daughter, but even now she seemed more away from him than usual. She was growing up after all. But with this female.....obviously no one taught her to avoid the strange. As Hotah was albino....others acted weird around him. "Your far to dramatic for me to tolerate," he muttered and got out of he water.

"Dramatic?" She lifted her head to look over at him. "How was that dramatic?" She finished up her drinking, before she straightened up. "If you found my curiosity to the situation as dramatic, then you must have issues with everyone you meet." She stopped for a moment to picture him calling everyone dramatic. She snerked lightly and shook her head.

Hotah: Hotah gave her a rather flat look. "Most helixes would have looked more into the situation than just go randomly pawing around without a care. And then freak out....seriously....where are you from? The North?" He had to admit, by just looking at her she seemed more Northern, but she seemed to well fed for the North.
StarDancerLuna: Shaking her head at him she laughed. "I'm a neutral, and I've rarely set foot in the North." She said flatly. What was he looking at? She looked around her and then gave him a look. "Why?"
Hotah: "You act like a-" he suddenly stopped talking and just simply gave her a dirtly look. "So your from around here then? I've never seen you before.....What pack you belong to?"
StarDancerLuna: "I'm not from anywhere. I wander around, mostly in the east these days." She thought for a moment. "Pack? I don't belong to one. What pack do you belong to?" If he belonged to a pack that meant they would probably be nearby, and she probably tresspassing..
Hotah: A dark look crossed his face, but it was fleeting. "You don't see it?" he asked. "Why would I be in a pack? No one wants the outsider in their pack..."
StarDancerLuna: Lunar's head tilted and she blinked a few times. "Oh! I see... It's becasue you're an a**." She raises a brow over at him and smiled some. She sat down and thumped her tail on the ground.
Hotah: Hotah gave he an even flatter look. "I'm albino.....that's why," he muttered and then started to walk away from her.
StarDancerLuna: Lunar blinked at him.. Albino? She padded forward after him as he started to leave. "Whats an Albino?" SHe had never heard of it before. he looked normal to her..."You look normal to me"
Hotah: "You don't know what an albino is?" he rolled his eyes. Well she wasn't all that bright then. Sighing he looked at her. "An albino is a oddity among all species. Sometimes an animal is born with no pigmentation in their skin. This usually produces red eyes, pink skin, and white fur or yellowish scales."
StarDancerLuna: Lunar blinked and she laughed. "So what? It jsut means your special." She nodded, maybe she wasn't exactly the brightes, but what reason did she have to care waht he fur looked like? She liked it.
Hotah: He eyed her and then suddenly stopped. "You don't care that I look like I do?" he was raised to loathe the way he looked. That he was cursed to be different. You could have 5 legs and he would have still felt like the oddity.
StarDancerLuna: Lunar twitched her ears and then flicked her tail some as she looked over from the side. "Of course not. I care that you're an a**, but whu should I care? I'm black with with stars and a moon... whats to say I'm not a weird?"
Hotah: "Because at least others will look at you and say 'oh she's pretty' where as they'll look at me and say 'oh the poor dear no one will want what he has in their pups...'He looked away from her and then turned to continue walking away from her.
StarDancerLuna: "Says who? So I look like everyone else, have you treated you any different?" She padded after him again "I like your fur, it has a pretty glow and shimmer..." She sighed some. She felt lonely, she had been rejected by Jaden... This guy was the first wolf she's run into since then..
Hotah: He sighed realizing she wasn't going to just leave him alone like everyone else. The only helix that ever bothered him was Scarlett and he raised her...she was use to him. "Are you saying no one compliments you?" he asked deliberate about taking the topic off him
StarDancerLuna: She blinked taken aback for a minute and then she tilted her head "Well n-... There was one who did.." She lowered her eyes and sighed a bit. She didn't want to think about how sweet Jade nwas to her..
Hotah: He was watching her carefully with his strange blood red eyes. It was as if he saw through her. "Well then...there ya go," he finally said not wanting to pry.
