My friend Ryan and I are lab partners. We use to go out. That doesn't matter, why am I telling you that. ANYWHO. So we're like epic buds and he makes me laugh a lot.
IN FACT, WE RAN OVER OUR FIRST AND SECOND SQUIRREL TODAY. gonk
In a span of about 34 seconds. Anyways.
We had to make pure water. As in we had to get nasty water that our teacher provided and make it clean and clear. So we were filtering out the oil on the top of the water and we put it in this beaker. And one of the students looks over to us and says "OH MY GOD YOU CHEATED! THERE'S 150 mLs. YOU PUT WATER IN IT!" And of course we didn't. I mean. Hello. We're not dumb. So whatever. We put it in a graduated cylinder and it was 98mLs. juefoijas.
So already the teacher was wary of us. So then we were doing everything else good, but we looked at the directions and it said get a filter. So without reading the rest of it we got a filter and poured our dirty water in it. The teacher came over and was like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" We didn't read that we had to put some charcoal in it to further purify it. So then we just dumped our water out. I was so pissed. Then she accused us of horseplay in the lab. Bull.
THEN TODAY. It was cold in the room so I danced around. Then Ryan did a movement that reminded me of our Gym dance we had. Don't ask. Then I did it and the teacher walked in the room right while I was in the middle of it. She stared at me and I just sat down and put my head down.
THENNNN. She asked me a question about why carbon is so essential to life.
I was like "Well, the carbon atom is very versatile. Being as it can make four bonds with its hybrid orbitals. Carbon can hook up with other elements and swing around."
And everyone laughed at me. I was so embarrassed. Well everyone laughed when I said hook up with other elements.
Then I just added 'and swing around' just as a whisper to Ryan but of course everyone else heard it.
I was so embarrassed.

Ryan was driving and we were going down the road and a squirrel runs in front of his car, but it was too late and we ran it over.
We pulled over to the side of the road because we were so sad that we did it.
Then there was one that ran into the middle of the road and sat there looking at the car come towards it. We ran that one over.
