Would anyone be interested in a art prompt for this forum? (think illustration friday)

Except it wouldn't just be limited to drawing or painting. Anything crafty would apply. No limit to submissions, it wouldn't be a contest, just an exercise to practice our artistic abilities.

If you wanted we could have a vote on which one we liked the best and that person would then pick the next prompt.

Any suggestions and comments would be appreciated.

If I understand right - we'd each to something either craft or art and post it? So I could draw something or make something and post it? Like a little virtual craft club? I'd be down to that.

(And hey, aren't you proud of me? First post. Since the dohicky broken, I check the forums all the time.)

I voted bi weekly, but I'm good for monthly too. That way we don't get overloaded. :3

exactly! the prompts are just to provide inspiration. Monthly might be best for anything complex or simply for the procrastinators.

It wouldn't be limited to one submission, anything you create that relates to the prompt could be posted.

Total score! mrgreen (Both the cookie and the art prompt.) I think monthly would be a much better option - so you can move that one vote from bi weekly to monthly. :3
