SO.


My mom is divorcing my step dad.

We move into a new place October first. We = Me and my mom and probably Jenna til Spiro has a place to stay and they can organize who gets her when.

Spiro = Step dad.
For anyone who's been here for awhile you know that he's an idiot and an a*****e, but probably not how much of one.

You know criminals that lie so much they start to believe their lies? He is EXACTLY like that. He's completely brainwashed himself to believe everything he's doing is right and good and true.


So anyway, he decided he was going to sell everything in the house if we were moving for $10 dollars, and give half of it to my mom.

Everything in the house includes my brand ******** new computer.

He was being a huge a** (like he always is) and I was REALLY ******** pissed at him, because it doesn't matter how stupid or legal it is, he believes he can, and so he WILL.

Hit him in the back of the head. SLAPPED, to be completely honest. Hard? Well, I didn't slap him soft. But I'm 5'4" 105lbs and I have no arm muscle. Seriously. And he's HUGE and over 200 pounds.
If anyone here tells me I shouldn't have done that I'm going to get REALLY ******** mad. Of COURSE I shouldn't have done it. But he's just as violent as I am, I just didn't know i could call him on it.

So anyway, he called the cops like he has 500 times before.
He asks for an AMBULANCE. They check him out and tell him he's fine, cop tells me to watch my a** because just because of the paper trail I could get my a** hauled in for assault. So I gather s**t up and now I'm staying at a friends house.

We ask the cop about s**t and if spiro can sell everything. He can't, we can dispute it and until we agree it can't go anywhere and during the divorce they'll have court cases to determine who ends up with what legally. I test in front of the cop to see if Spiro's going to dispute EVERYTHING...asked him if I could take my rollerblades. "NO I'M DISPUTING THAT"
The cop used property as meaning stuff in the house that belongs to them, not the house, but Spiro's too stupid to get that.

So today I come back home and pick up everything I have that I got from Evan (Eikichi) or my grandparents or bought myself. Spiro gets super pissed being like NO I DISPUTE IT YOU CANT TAKE ANYTHING OUT. I'm like ...spiro it has nothing to do with you. I'm mom's kid and have nothing to do with you, you can't say what I can and can't take out if it isn't a part of the marriage. He goes on about how everything in the house is a part of the marriage and he's an idiot and wrong but whatever, so I do some stupid not illegal s**t that I know he'll call the cops about because I didn't have my cell on me so I couldn't call.

Cop says I was stupid for doing what I did to make him call (stood behind his car so he couldn't back out.) I said I knew, and asked him, and he basically said s**t that belonged to me had no roll in the law and they couldn't do s**t about me taking out of the house. Whatever.

My mom gets home from making sure my sister's broken arm was healing fine, and tells me that that morning spiro had been complaining about his head because he's a p***y and a faker and she brought him to the ER so he wouldn't have the ambulance come. He dry heaves on the way there, faking of course, and they diagnose him with a possible concussion. He's now at social services which he tricked Jenna (sister) into going to with him to get them to take pictures of his head.

With the HUGE paper trail he's created with this one, I'm at serious risk for getting arrested for assault and spending a s**t TON of time in juvie. ******** serious.

Also Jenna misinterpreted a social worker's question of whether or not her mom hurt her. My mom has spanked her when she's bad, and pinched her when she's bad. Like not abuse or anything, Spiro is a LOT rougher. But they didn't ask if Spiro hurt her, and she was just being honest.


He's trying to get my mom fired from her job for various reasons that have a little credibility. We don't know how realistic that is.


He's trying to get sole custody of Jenna and send me to jail and make my mom have NO money.

And he's doing a DAMN good job of it.


So basically my life COULD be permanently ******** up, it sucks epicly right now, and that's why I'm not online in the future.

I'm sorry you have to go through this.
I'm sorry anyone has to go through anything similar or worse. sad

Now, if I knew about USA law, I could try and tell you what to do; unfortunately, I only know about Mexican laws (my father is a lawyer).

Try to get a lawyer, though? And, though this might be difficult, I'm pretty sure it would help to have your step dad go to see a psychologist. That way, if this is taken to court, his arguments won't be much taken into account.

My mom can't pay for me to go to a psychologist I don't think

Although it would be brilliant for me to go and get diagnosed with an eating disorder.

He won't go to get checked out, we've tried to make him do that for YEARS.

And nymphie my mom can't pay for a really good lawyer.

My mom has lots of stuff that he's done which is totally stupid and stuff.


I really need to look into custody laws and property disputes and probably assault charges. D:


The next two weeks are going to SUCK.

And then if we dont have our s**t out of here by the 14th it gets taken in by the city.
Because we're renting and it's going into foreclosure and that's the date.
But spiro's disputing it so we lose everything because you can't go through court in that short of a time.

is it bad that the first thing i thought of when i was done reading your post was "justifiable homicide"?

seriously. i'm an easygoing person, but i'd kill ******** like that in a heartbeat.

now there's something worth praying for.
