I'm in disc 3 and i have had my materia for a loooooooong time! Here's my problem, my materia isn't leveling up or gaining any AP. Like Knights of the Round, I had it for quite awhile but it's not getting any AP. I'v traded materia with different people, but that doesn't work. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Do you have your ultimate weapons equipped?

Yup. There's a window on the bottom left of the weapons screen where it tells you how many slots there are. It also tells you the materia gain. Ultimate weapons' materia gain is nothing.

that sux! you work forever trying to get the ultimate weapon, then it disappoints you by not giving out any AP

thanx, i've been working with characters not equipped with ultimate weapons and that has helped
