A squad consists of a group of ninja and a leader. Squads can hold multiple rper rpcs and even allows for them to set up a notable base somewhere. You are allowed to have the same rpc and rper in multiple squads. Squads have the ability to take over and destroy villages as a collective group of chakra. While squads do not have a limit on members, it is ideal to transition from a squad to an organization once numbers get harder to maintain. Squads are allowed only one leader and the rest are considered members.

A ninja cell is a smaller cluster of ninja that can even fit into a squad if need be. Cells can hold a maximum of three members; that number does not include a squad leader if one is desired. In these cells get multiplier bonuses for each member in the cell. The leader is the leader and is not considered a member in this regard. So if it's the squad leader and two students then there is 2x word boost for everyone. If there is a squad leader and three students then the multiplier goes up to 3x word boost for everyone. Taking the leader out of the mix does not effect the boost. These cells can only consist of one rper rpc per cell, including the leader. This means that if someone has two rpc and want to form a group with them and another rper, they can but that would have to be a squad and they would receive no bonus. Cell leaders must be Chuunin rank or higher to qualify as the cells leader.
Unlike a squad, cells cannot form groups that can take over villages like a squad can. These are formed solely for the purpose of training and promoting rper interaction.
