Okay, I can't believe I didn't put this up yet. Who here is into the Harry Potter series? mrgreen Favorite house? Favorite book? Movie? Thoughts on the books? On the movies?

blaugh Yah I like Harry Potter! Well I DID like Harry Potter much better before he got all dark and emo crying And all the deathness in the last few books made me sad. crying
Favorite book...I would say Prisoner of Azkaban. You meet Lupin and Sirius, my two favorite characters blaugh . You get the drama the Dementors provide to the pot when Harry encounters them. You find that Snape isn't ALWAYS bad. Time travel is awesome. And no one ends up dying 3nodding Happy endings make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. 4laugh
Movies....yeah...I always end up screaming at the TV because they always end up skipping or changing important parts. So I like the the whole book come to life and the special effects...but yeah...my blood preassure goes up when I watch them. First two were pretty good....but then the stupid Substitute Dombledore guy takes over for Awesome Dombledore after he died. Yeah...can NOT stand that man....has he ever even READ the books!? Dumbledore is NOTHING LIKE THAT!!!! scream scream He should be FIRED in every way that word can be applied!! stressed
Ahem anyways....favorite house...sigh...I have to be generic and say Griffindor. Because they don't really give you much info on Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw except for generalities, and I don't really like Slytherin sweatdrop

SLYTHERINSROCK!!! Lol! I wish I were Slytherin, stare But i took a 100 question quiz that figured out which house you were in by a number system thing. *Sigh* > D But I was only ONE point more Griffindor than Slytherin. I like hufflepuffs too, Lydia, Chrissy, Joe and some other ppls is one smile I don't like ravenclaws stare LYSA!!!

Prisoner of Azkaban is my second favorite book. Order of the Phoenix was my favorite, partly because there was so much more "book" to it and it felt like it had a lot more Snape than previous books. Not to mention Sirius Black and Lupin! 4laugh
Ironically, I HATED movie three; too much "oh, look at the prettiness" and not enough of the actual BOOK! scream And that was also when the new Dumbledore came in. Gany, totally agree with you about that guy. evil
