Another day and another wasted. It was nearing twilight and he had spent the day asking everyone whom crossed his path if they had seen the leopard whom he was seeking. At this point it almost felt futile and he was slowly losing the faith of finding the male whom he saw as a father and still did. Maybe the others were right. He should have gone back home and tend to his son. At this point, Ezekiel was happy and probably with a family of his own and he was missing it all. He still remembered his son's handsome, cubbish face smiling back at him and it was the only memory that he focused on from time to time. One day he will return home, but not until his journey is over.

Resting upon a grassy hill, a place where he was going to spend the night, he laid sprawled upon his back staring up at the sky, watch the stars blink into existance. He was a Pride Lander by heart, there was no denying that but he felt so detached from everyone else...

"Great Kings of the Past, where do I go now? What do I do? I'm so lost... Mufasa. Sarabi. What do I do? ..."

Maybe it was foolish... but it eased his mind.

Step by step both Vati and Ramlin moved, stopping every now and then to rest. As soon as she was old enough to be on her own she took off with this strange male, and now they always seemed to be together. He was older than her by a few years but that didn’t stop her. If anything that just made her more attracted to him. Vati was never one for following rules.

She stopped and frowned, gazing forward. This was strange, a male was out here all alone. She didn’t understand. Moving forward she spoke out, with Ramlin in toe.

“Hello?”

She spoke out softly.

”Mmm.”

Ramlin simply stood still, ready to attach this male if things got sticky.

Ger lifted himself up and turned to the two newcomers with a slight smile. Apparently, the rogue lands were always full of life, even at late hours.

"Hello, there. I do not suppose I am bothering you two for being here?" He questioned quietly as he looked toward the older male and the younger female. Brothers and sisters? Friends? Traveling companions? Mates? It was hard to tell, but he just assumed they were friends, but it was the safest bet.

Getting to his feet, he dipped his head a little. "My name is Ger, may I ask for your two?"

“I’m Vati”

The bright red female spoke out with a smile, bowing her head back.
Following in her steps was the larger male with the golden gaze. He stood very still before speaking out right after Vati.

“And I am Ramlin.”

They both sat down at the same time, sitting a few feet away from Ger.

“What are you doing out here all alone, Ger?”

Vati asked, frowning. Ramlin’s tail tucked along his back paws as he looked around, his eyes narrowing.

“He is looking for someone, Vati.”

Ramlin was a seer.

“Really? Who?”

She asked, perking her ears.

Ger glanced at Ramlin who spoke before he even had a chance to answer Vati. He blinked a few times and nodded his head, he didn't meet too many seers but he recognized them when he met one if they said anything strange like that.

"Yes, I am looking for a leopard. He's kinda older than myself, he's smaller, spots all over... He may be traveling with strange looking lions and a lioness," he paused for a moment. "Or he may be by himself. Have either of you seen someone like that?" He questioned adding in an unsual and, hopefully, not likely possibility.

The golden male paused again and looked at his paws, laced beside one another like Kujack once did. It was a habit that he had picked up long ago that never quite left his system.

"I just hope I won't be alone for too long now."

“I fear we have not seen anyone like that, Ger.”

Ramlin’s eyes narrowed as he frowned and sighed. He understood how hard it was to lose someone. He had not seen his siblings in a very long time, after all.

“It’s true; I don’t think we have seen anyone that fits that description.”

Vati confirmed her sweet smile fading. She felt her heart sink at his expression.

“Was he important to you?”

She bothered to ask.

"I had suspected that. Not many have, but I had some wishful thinking. Either way, asking one for their knowledge never hurt," He paused. "Sometimes." He vaguely remembered asking a buffalo about it and out of nowhere the darn beast charged him!

"I appreciate it nevertheless, at least I know that he was not in the direction you came from."

He looked down again.

"It may be awkward, but that leopard was my father. I lost track of him a while ago, so I am seeking him out again."

Vati’s eyes went wide at her words and her words just spilled out.

“Oh! I know Ger! Let me and Ramlin help you find him! Ram can see things, you know? I’m sure if you had us with you…you would be able to find your father sooner!”

In all truths Vati just wanted to go on an adventure! It would be so cool; it would be like a game of hide and seek.

“Ramlin, we will help him, won’t we?”

She turned and gazed at her male friend, her eyes narrowing softly at him.

”Please?”

Ramlin simply sighed and looked down. He hated using his powers- but, maybe doing this for someone who really needed it would help him feel less guilt than he normally did when he used his gift. His chest pushed out as he sighed and smirked.

”Let us help you, Ger.”

Really?" He inquired, unsure of what to make of it. The seer's abilities would help him greatly, but would it be wise to partner himself with complete strangers? The male looked at Vati and then to Ramlin in quiet comtemplation.

"If you two do not mind the detour in your own path, I would gladly welcome any help I can get to find my father again," he bowed his head deeply to them. "Thank you both so much for your help."

The golden male looked at Ramlin and tilted his head a little. He was unsure how a seer worked, was it as if it just happened randomly? Did they need something to get it started? Did he need a hard whack in the head to get it working right?

"So... How does it work, if you don't mind me asking?"

“With me, it’s only things to come. I can’t see anything that is happening now or then, you know? Only things that are going to happen. It’s strange…”

He didn’t know how else to explain it. He hardly knew himself, really.

”Me and all of my siblings are seers. Our mother is a goddess...”

Vati frowned at Ramlins words, as if she didn’t LIKE his mother. It was so easy to tell it made her feel uncomfortable.

“Anyway...”

Vati looked at Ger again.

“We can meet you back here tomorrow and start searching? I want to help you find your father as soon as we can!”

"A child of a Goddess, well, that is not our of the ordinary. I have met my fair share of seers and offsprings of divines," He nodded at Ramlin. "I understand, so you are only able to see the future. Well, that would certainly help me."

His attention turned to Vati with a smile. "I would love that! I will be spending my night here this time. Something about it seems good for me, so I'll be here anyways. Please don't forget about me now," he winked as he laid himself back down again.

Help, he had help to find Kujack. Finally... something to give him some hope of finding that guy...
