well, it was a table really... [oh, and club day is this thing where a bunch of the clubs set up in the commons, or another area in the school, and give out information about hteir club. we tell when meetings are, etc. etc.] anyway, we had little flyers and stuff, and our board explaining our purpose and whatnot. and a bunch of people singed up! it was so cool! my friends and i got excited that there were so many people interested in it... i dunno, it just felt good. we got two papers' worth of names, and that was only in B lunch. my friend said they got about the same at A lunch. there were, of course, rude people that laughed, and some made rude comments. however, it was just a handful of kids, and almost nothing compared to the tons of kids that signed up. anyway, i'm looking forward to the next meeting to see how many people show up!

um, well, i t was this one guy who started it. he's really cool, and there's 10 of us i think in there on a regular basis. i think it;s cool that our generation is more tolerant. i love it... but i go to church and they're pretty much breeding a generation of kids that are against LGBT anything. i sit there, knowing that one day i'll have to face those kids, and try to convince them otherwise. it's hard when it seems that there's an entire congregation against you. the GSA is just another thing i'm doing to try and fix that. and yea, i wish the next couple generations can change thew world, make it more tolerant. i'm so upset that i can't vote this year though. i mean, i can't do anything about prop 8 here in california, and it irks me.

ooh yeah i know whatcha mean bout the voting thing, and i just got a couple more people to support me in the GSA club that'll help me find other people to join. Another school in my district has one so I might actually find several others who will join or just apporoave of the club in general. They preach against LGBT? that is some hardcore discrimination there, i've been raised in a strict roman catholic society my whole life but i've never seen anyone really persistant to stop LGBTs.. I have another question, what is it you do in a GSA meeting? if i'm gonna be the 'leader' i need some ideas of what i'm gonna do once i get the group going... thanks for your help lately, i've really been stressing about it

well, you can start planning for coming out day. it's on october 11, but you should celebrate on the 10th. our club is making t-shirts to wear around school, and we're going to make posters with statistics about coming out. you should do the posters and shirts, that's not only fun for members, but it gets other kids interested, and the posters let them know a lot about it. Also, transgender rememberance day is coming up. i'll give you the date, i can't remember it exactly now. but, we were going to make the flyers and posters again with statistics of transgendered suicide rates, and of transgendered people that had been murdered. this kind of makes the kids in your school see that they are real people, and the cruelty people can have i guess. also, some of us were planning on cross-dressing that day. after that, there's day of silence in april. that's awesome. i can give you more info when march rolls around, cos that's usually when we start preparing and stuff. it's no problem! i love helping out, giving ideas and whatnot. i understand how stressful it can be, it can be kinda scary. i have to hide that i'm in the club, from my mum. it's hard, cos i'm so into it, but i can't share it or anything.

Well, they're twin sisters, and their band is called Tegan and Sara, cos they're names are Tegan and Sara... confusing xD i love em tho
