Deidara pwns Seikuno i didn't say it was a rp! sides, the made-ups are for people with over twenty posts. i'm not really sure how many I have, that's why I made this. Well, anyone can make an OC, but it takes 20 posts to CLAIM that character as yours in the guild.

Common Nino misunderstanding.
Anybody can have an OC because they're not preventing anybody from having a character off of the list. =0 They do not need to wait.
