Drew Stanick: "Ladies and gentlemen please welcome, the commissioner and chairmen of the NBWA, "The Don" Kato Morales!"
Kato is seen standing in the middle of the ring, it is decorated red for a special occasion, there is a small stand next to "The Don" whatever is on it is covered by a red cloth. He looks at the crowd.
"Last night was New Beginnings, and that's what we got, a beginning. All of the titles where distributed last night....Or where they?" He pauses, he now has the crowds full attention. "That's right, there is one more title to be put up. And that is this one..."
He pulls the cloth off the stand revealing and odd title, this prominently displays the NBWA logo, with the word ANYTIME written in red across it.
"The Anytime Championship! As it's name suggests, it is defended under 24-hour rules, at any place at any time, so long as there is an official referee present, the title can change hands, to anyone at anytime. Now there is one exception, the title is not up for grabs if the title holder is in a match. Now, 'Kato' you ask 'who is the first NBWA anytime champion if there aren't any matches for the title?' Well, that's a good question. The first ever NBWA Anytime Champion is......"
He takes a long pause for dramatic effect, the crowd is on the edge of their seats. He reaches his arm out.
He then points to himself "ME! I am the first anytime champion." He then grabs his trusty kendo stick from the corner of the ring. "Anyone want to debate it? Well Come on!"
"Oh, yes, but one thing I forgot to mention, if you are pinned by the current champion when you are chasing after the title, you cannot compete again for another two weeks!"
(that's 2 match cards guild time, not counting PPVs)

*"Duality" by Slipknot hits the P.A. system as WBWA's newest Superstar hits the ring, and The newest superstar, Hiro, is heading out, he has baseball bat in hand, an Aluminum bat.*
Hiro:Oh, Oh no way, Kato Morales is the New Anytime champ?God, Give to a more deserving wrestler....Like me!Now I just thought I'd come out and introduce my self to you all, the Name Is Hiro.Now back to you Kato,I think you said that this title will be defended "24/7!" and if there is a ref precent, the title can change hands, to any one at any time.Well, guess who i saw back stage.*takes a pause* Ref Scott Armstrong, and now im thinking, what better away to debut than to take the Anywere title away from the Boss?So get ready cause im coming!
*Hiro runs down the ring to try and take the title from Kato*
(Yo Down-Up-Side, Just thought it would be a good way to have my guy debut)

Kato was mad that this guy was trying to interrupt his new title reign, and attempted to hit him with the kendo stick before he got all the way into the ring

(I'm assuming that's what you meant, since your character couldn't actually lift Kato)

*Kato grabbed Hiro's leg to prevent himself from getting locked into the hold, he then got up and tried to flip Hiro into a single-leg Boston Crab*
