I think there's merit to the idea that they knew it could happen and didn't do enough to prevent it. But I think the people who believe that the government actually did it themselves or that it was staged are a bit nuts!

I remember waking up to this news (I live in Australia so it happened while I was in bed) and yeh, the commotion that day was insane.
