so I have been going out with this guy for 11 months and were in a rough patch it is as though the excitment and love has left the realationship i know i love him though with all my heart. but when i think about loosing him i think of myself and how i would feel and how i would have no one....because no one else really cares...is this bad does this mean i could be useing him for attention...i think i love him...im really sure i do...i cry when i think of loosing him....i allso think about strangulation with shoe laces. hes so importent to me hes been so much. what do you think?

I think you're like most people who are in a relationship may have run its course. All relationships go through rough patches, but they generally pick up after a while. Talk to him and see how he's feeling. Most importantly though, no one person is worth giving up your life for.
