Raco strolled through the marketplace yet again, having finished what he had come to do he took to his usual silent wandering around where a few shop owners had taken a liking to him, but were of course mystified at why he would never meow at them in any way or even purr for that matter. But still he as liked, not every day you see a Smokey Egyptian Mau wandering around.
He left the confines of the Market and headed toward the Manga square where he figured he'd leisure a bit of time in the company of books, a more suiting way to spend his free time rather than trying to get people to pet and love him. He was a solitary cat who preferred to be left along, but t the same time, he wasn't always the nicest cat to be around.

Roxy sat on an old couch her feet propped up on the arm of the dirty thing that was sitting out for people to use reading the latest installment of Fullmedal Alchemist. She was munching on some rice candy she had stolen from one of the carts in the market place bobbing her to the music in the Mp3 player she had jacked of someone she planned on giving it to Marshall when he got home because the battery was dying and she didn't want to deal with the whole trying to figure out how to charge it.

Raco spotted Roxy and her attire and the way she help herself and scoffed. How could someone live with themselves like that. But he supposed everyone had their own way of doing things with their lives. He apparently had a higher respect for himself and his presentation. He was extremely well kept, his hair as always perfect without a single fray or tangle, shiny as always. His clothing spotless and straight, as though they were brand new. this was Raco though, even his Asian slanted mismatched eyes seem to show with the type of perfectionism that Raco held himself to.
He had to pass by the disgusting couch to get where he was going along with passing the girl who he had no interest at all in giving any attention.

Roxy spotted the male and smirked watching him walk checking out his a** she couldn't help it, he was hot. " Hey Stud where you going?" She asked him as she sat up and pulled the headphones off of her head where they had been squishing her ears, "Please tell me that your not taking your hot a** to far from me" she said with a smirk.

Raco stopped in her tracks cringing again. She had NOT just spoke to him in that horribly disrespectful way. His smooth, perfect tail flicked with utter annoyance and he clenched his fists so hard his knuckles cracked. "What did you just call me?" he asked in a calm deadly voice. Never would he allow someone, especially a tramp like herself offend him in such a way.
Maybe he would allow a fellow Anbu member call him that in a joking manor, but never someone he had just crossed paths with, and someone of her likes.

The tone in the others voice sent shivers down Roxy's spine, " I uhh......." She paused taking her bottom lip in her mouth and chewing at it there was something about this man that terrified her now, he was cute but his words were strong, his posture rigid. " I said Hey Stud" She said her gaze falling to the floor as she thought for a second, maybe not all cats would be like those she had meet. She would have been cocky to any girl that crossed her path, but the presents of Raco scared her almost shitless, " I um..... also asked where you were takign that incredibly hot a**." A small smile crossed her face as she brought her deep blue eyes to meet the mixed one's of Raco.

Raco eyes narrowed evilly at Roxy. "By what means do you feel you have the right to speak to me in such a manner?" he asked, voice icy. The fact that she figured she could meet his eyes was a deep disrespect to him. He lifted his head high laying back his ears, the pure annoyance showing rigidly on his face.
"You feel you have such the right to approach me and disrespect me as you have! Even my own ANBU respect with with Sir and My Lord! Someone such as yourself who apparently has no respect for their own well being, certainly could not understand such a thing!" he said waving a hand to have Roxy look at herself.
"If you appreciate the way that I look then you should keep it to yourself. I hold no interest in the likes of anyone. My life is my job as one who holds the position of divine judgment, and should your name appear on my list, I would ner give you a second thought or glance upon your death..." he said in a nearly whisper, his eyes shining with a look of pure and unrelenting evil and a laugh escaped him that would have even sent shivers down the back of his own comrades.

The more that Raco insulted her the more pissed off Roxy got, " Excuse me?" She asked raising an eyebrow and standing up from where hse had been previously, "Whats so important about being 'A newbie'? You act like your all high and mighty take away your friggen katana and your nothing more a cat like me" She said her fists balling at her side, in her mind this man had no right to talk to her like he had been, he had no right to make her feel any lesser than him.

Raco only laughed a high cruel, resounding laugh, his eyes showing more and more with hatred, something that had not shown in his eyes for a long time. "How stupid you really are. I don't need my Katana, kunai, shiruken, caltrops, anything but my bare hands to kill you. I have to countless others, what makes you think, I will not do the same to you." he asked rasing himself up and jesturing her forward.
"I dare you to land a hit on me, I wager to say that cannot even come close. I am no newbie as you may call me. I have wandered around here far longer than you have and I lead the East Ikebukuro Territory, along with the Anbu who reside there." he said with his voice hitting a deep sinister tone, the elvish accent on his tongue growing ever thicker as he spoke. "I know magicks that would torture you mind beyond all capacities. You sure you want to ******** with me?" he asked tilting his head, eyes shining with malice.
((I will warn you now, Raco is kinda in 'I've lost it mode' so he's gonna be worse than normal.))

"Oh yeah riiiight!" Roxy said getting impatient with the man in front of her, "You run your own territory and you've got a c**k which makes you so much better than me. Honestly take me hitting on you as a friggen compliment, Its not everyday I find someone who I decide to hit on." She lied she called every man a stud except marshall but he was nothing more than a ball of fluff to her, " I can't believe your flipping out just cuz I said you have a hot a**, its not even that hot its kinda saggy to be honest, I was just being nice."

Raco moved foward shoving Roxy against the wall of the building behind her holding in place by her throat. "I care not w'at you t'ink of my body. I work to make sure I am fit to fight. You are not'ing more t'an a pest to me." he said a low growl and hiss edging his voice.
He was truly daring Roxy to try him, normally he would not have fought a woman but he was slipping in his control and he cared not who he fought and possibly hurt. This cocky cat was doing nothing more than aggravating him and he didn't take well to those who tried to test him in such a way, not to mention he didn't like women hitting on him. He had no interest in them or anyone, it had been some time since he had cared for another and it would stay that way as far as he was concerned. It actually annoyed him more than anything when woman showed such interest with him.

Roxy choked out a small laugh at the other. She was slightly irritated at him advancing on her like this but then again it just gave her more things to say to him, " Oh you like It rough do ya?" She asked with a small smirk. Winking slightly at him. She was pushing him further than she should. She was way to cocky for her own good. " Whats with the whole old fighting thing?" She asked him almost un bothered by how he was holding her, " Seriously I mean your way to angry for your own good. you need a hottie, like me, to help you relax" She muttered to him wriggling her eyebrows at him. She was starting to think maybe she should shut up, but it was Roxy for god's sakes she never really shut her mouth.....ever.

Raco's temper only seemed to flare even more at this and his eyes thinned to new slits, incapable of letting others see the colors of his eyes. His grip tightened around Roxy's throat slowly more, the growl in this throat becoming more and more prominent.
"I need no one. You are but t'e lowly filt' t'at walks t'e streets, you are no better t'an t'e prostitutes t'at sell t'emselves." he whispered dangerously, meaning every word that he spoke. He had a great distaste for the women and men who sold their bodies, even though he knew some of them lacked a choice in the matter. Though Youko may have indulged in them, Raco always refused, the thought of it made him sick to his stomach.
Raco's claws extended just enough to begin poking Roxy in the neck, Raco was particular to keep them highly sharpened and ready to use in case of the situation in which he needed them. Though me more rather preferred his Wakizashi and his kunai.

Roxy let her eyes ship shut at the pain in her neck from his claws, but she was pissed. He had just called her a whore. She was by NO means a whore and she hated being referred to as one. She let her mouth twist with disdain had he not been holding her she probably would have ripped him a new one by calling the other in the form of words. No one called her a whore. She began to struggle under his hold as he spoke more and more. the girl getting more and more pissed at him as she thought of the things he had said. " Let. Me. Go.' She demanded as she reached up and pulled on the other's wrist. She had to get away from him, to give him hell for what he had just said. At this moment in time she just wanted to be let go slowly her mind was wandering away from the words he'd said to her. Obviously the other was stronger, she knew that. She just hadn't expected it to go this far, But then again Roxy never was one to watch her mouth.

Raco gave Roxy a quick jerk and in a flash drew a small knife and held it to her throat. His eyes were murderous and sinister looking, foretelling that he would easy kill her and not think another thing of it, for had had killed other so many times before that the blood that stained his hands in the past would never truly wash away.
"Do not test me." he breathed, "If you value your life at all, you will stop and you will leave." he said. He didn't want to let her go, he didn't want to let her keep her life, but there was a small voice in the back of his mind that was toned down to nothing more than a faint whisper that told him not to hurt her, to just leave her be. She may be a fool but she wasn't worth the blood-shed.
