2000 LS Acura Integra Automatic
My car has been running fine all day. I went out to repark it, and I can't shift into park. Reverse, Drive, etc. all work and it starts up just fine. Because it's not in park, I can't get my keys out of the ignition. It's currently parked in neutral with the E-brake on. The manual says Diddley-squat. Any suggestions?
-There is a transmission key hole... but no transmission key. And usually that only helps to get your car into park. Will it work the same to get it out?

Prolly too late but i had a similar problem. Turns out a nut just fell off from the linkages. Check it out and see if nothing came undone.

This thread's a couple years old.
But there usually is a switch or button that you can push to release the key and wheel. Most of the time it's under a small plastic cap that you use a flathead to remove, near the shifter.
