There was many things in this world that people can not even imagine; not because they can't see them, but rather, because they don't look for them. So many people are witness of marvellous events, and simply walk past, unaware of what it is they've just seen. It's always struck me as odd how humans are so willing to deny; so willing to ignore that what is right in front of their noses, in favour of what they think is logical. What, exactly, determines what is logical for them? How can logic, or science for that matter, explain that what has no real logical explanation? There are some things in life that simply can not be explain, because they were simply not meant to be explained.
How could anyone explain how a dragon takes flight? Logicaly, its wings are small enough that it should be logicaly imposible to lift it's weight of the ground and yet... I can asure you that dragons are perfectly able to fly, for no other reason than they fact they can. It's not meant to make sense, in the same way magic is not meant to make sense; if one tries to find logic and science in magic, it dies.
Magic in this world, is scarse because so very few believe it. Magic can not exhist, unless people believe in it. It's startling to know that I could have probably walked downtown and transformed into my dragon form and the mayority of people there would try to find some sort of logical explanation for it; they're filming a movie.
