The last rain we had was from hurricane Hanna. It was pretty intense, there are still folks pumping water out of their basements.

It's alright when it's not storming. I like the sound as it hits the ground and puddles. It helps me sleep better and keeps me calm.

Rain tends to make me gloomy, which is why I would never move to places where it rains a lot. The only time I am happy when it rains is when there is a long dry spell during the summer and everyone is on some type of water restriction.
