Did you know there was a camp that did not take part in sing alongs around the fire while kids slowly roasted their gooey white marshmellows on the tip of sticks that had been found only a few yards away? Or a camp where you spent your days at the lake playing in the muddy water or swinging on a long rope that has been tied to an even bigger tree? A camp where you did arts and crafts, or went horsback riding? This might be the description of the average summer camp but it is not the description you would use for the Woodland Rehab camp. In the middle on a deserted forest a log cabin was built and in it one man and his daughter have turned it into a place to rehabilitate kids. People's children live inside the cabin, do chores, show good behavior and respect others around them. For the children who stay for all the seasons, there is a school in town which a bus will provide transportation to and from school. A place where kids can pull themselves together, Woodland Rehab Camp.

1. This is a Semi-Literate to literate roleplay. So no chatspeak, period. Try and spell things your best, but I know sometimes I even make mistakes. Also no using symbols for actions, all posts must be in third person story form.
2. No playing other's characters.
3. Stick to the Gaia TOS.
4. Violence is allowed but not too graphic.
5. No cybering. Meh, just keep it away.
6. No bumping.
7. I have the right to kick you out of the roleplay.
8. Be respectful to others. Don't bring your personal problems into this roleplay.
9. Have fun.
10. Notify me if you plan on leaving the roleplay.
11. I want this roleplay to be long term, so post atleast three times a week.
12. No one liners. Though I do understand writers block.
13. I am going to be nice and not hide the profile PM title in the rules, just name the subject what ever you feel like.

Nothing too extravagant to know about what has happened so far till this day. I mean how could someone have a interesting life story when nothing more then the basic struggles have happened? I grew up as an only child with a different type of spark in me that had shone. Since I was five my mother had snuck me to dance classes with my father not knowing. She could see that I had a knack for the art of dance and could tell that I had loved it. Though being my father’s only child and boy, did not approve. I didn’t understand when I was younger until he finally explained to me. He thought dancing was for girls and that I should have been more manly and care about cars or sports for example. After a year of sneaking to dance classes, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. It had already spread throughout most of the body and she knew that she could not be saved. I had cried for months by my bed side praying that she would get better, until the day she died in her sleep. What was I supposed to do now? My inspiration and only hope was gone. For years I cried at the thought of my mother dieing from the horrible disease. Till I grew older and hit the age of fourteen where I learned I could start taking dance classes on my own. Still to this day I am dancing for my mother and will continue to until I meet with her again.

I am a person who loves to stand out and be diverse. I do not follow trends and despise them anyways. I am very well mannered as I was taught and know how to handle things when times become more serious. I can hold an intellectual conversation but is mostly on the goofy side. If you don’t have fun and be yourself in life, what is the point in even living one? I have been told numerous times that I am stronger then I look. I guess I believe them. I mean my dancing image must give them the thought that I am a softie. I am true an loyal and is a person that wouldn’t let anyone down. Although I am very reliable I have problems with being late, Procrastinating, and being a tad over protective of the ones I love.

Benjamin John Parker, a name everybody had known at school. Well kind of. He had other names like, 'That guy who dances' or 'the queer who is in dance class' or simply, 'that gay guy'. He really couldn't find a way to even put those names into his liking but he thought of it more of a highschool thing. He had been dancing since he was young and never wanted to stop. Though his father had seemed to think differently. For some reason he couldn't accept the fact that his son enjoys dancing opposed to playing sports or working on cars.

The mohawked boy sighed deeply as he leaned his head against the glass window of the car. His dad had been in the drivers seat ranting about how he let him down and he was more of a daughter then a son. Benji learned to tune out his lectures and focus his mind on other things. He wasn't fully gay, he had crushed on a few girls, and a few guys. But after being chased and hit on by groups of fan girls he simply lost interest in the dating scene. Though look where it was leading him; a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

What was it going to be like? Was he going to have to sit through several more lectures? He surely hoped not.

The country side zipped by in a darkened hue as the accelerator was further depressed into the car, speeding them up to the limit placed upon the new road. Slouched in the back seat of the car, pad of paper in his hand he stared out the front window towards the bleakness that he had apperently brought upon himself. The looming overcast growing lighter as the sun made it's futile attempt to lighten the situation.

Although Dusk knew he had brought it upon himself; the endless scars riddled up his arms and the contemplation of suicide coupled with his inability to talk to others about it.... Surly he could have stopped it. PUt up a wall to make others like him more, but dressed how he was, and his outlook, nothing would ever help him.

The area around him started to slow as the y came up towards his new home for some time.

As time slowly seemed to continue on, Benjamin was getting more excited about living in an old cabin in the middle of the forest opposed to sitting in the car next to his closed minded father. What felt like hours quickly turned to minutes as he glanced up to see the large log cabin in the distance. Only the roof was visible as it poked its tip up through the large forestry.

As they arrived onto the property his father parked the car about twenty meters away from the house. Without saying a word Benji slinked out of his seat and walked around to the back of the car. He retrieved his bags and glanced at his father with an unhappy face. The older man reached around to his son and patted his shoulder twice, then left in the car without a word.

"Great, I knew my dad was psycho, but I didn't think he'd send me to something like this..." Benjamin scrunched his nose and shook his head.

The clouds slowly getting darker as the sun retreated, dusk took a deep breath. The silent car ride made him uneasy. like his parents were sending him here as confinement for all he had don. Wisking him away from the reality they lived in, never once taking a chance to go and try to contact him. Like a long lost brother. Lost foreever in the endless crowd of family.

Passing a car that was going away from the place, the car came to a hault.Opening the door without a word, he stood up outside and obtained his bag off the roof. A slight breeze blew through his hair, as he glanced over at the trees surrounding him. Tall and ooming almost like gaurds he started away from the car towards the cabin without a word at all. His dad poked his head out the window. "This is for your own goo-" Looking over in a bit of a fury. "How do you know what's good for me?" swiftly turning he continued his pace as the car slowly pulled away.

Scoffing he stopped and stared at the building.

A rather small girl approuched the open door and simply stared at their newcomers. She had been a beautiful bleach blonde girl who wore the most simplest of clothing. Everyday she threw on jeans and a t-shirt or the days she worked she would wear overalls. The majority of people who had stepped onto their property never looked happy. Well of course she could understand why. She had been in their shoes at one point. Skyler brushed the bangs from her face and motioned over to the two boys, "Hey, you can drop your things in your room. I will show you."

Benji glanced over at the girl and nodded, "Okay." He didn't feel like talking at all, he just wanted to drop his things off and relax. Though not knowing the rules, he could only imagine what was in store for him. Picking up his bags he slowly walked towards the porch.

Starting towards her was the only response to her words that came about. He frowned to her as he started up the stairs, swiftly passing the boy in front of him. Ignoring him completly he stood in the door way for a moment, as he closed his eyes waiting to see if he had already broken a rule.

Trudging himself further in, and out of his way, he stood straight up and his eyes remaind closed. Exhaling a heavy breath he looked towards her and continued to follow her, heart nearly killing itself as he grew further distant from everything.

The girl took them up the stairs and down an old hall way that had only been big enough to fit one person at a time. She stopped when she came to a door that had been marked on the front with the color blue. She gave the door a few knocks and then proceeded to opened it. None of the boys had been in their room, though it was obvious that there had been people living in the room.

"Here is ya'lls room. Just take one of the empty beds."

Benji nodded and brushed lightly passed her picking one of the bottom bunks of the beds that seemed to be open. Since well, there wasn't any bedding on the matress. He threw his suit case onto the bed and took a seat, "God this is going to suck.."

Following behind the new commer he walked across the room and heaved his case up onto the bed across from him. Taking a sheetless top bunk, he Took his coat off and threw it against the wall in agreement. In a low and somewhat angry voice, "What, are we so worthless as to not have bed sheets?" Turning away he jumped up onto the bed and laid down upon it's white matress.

Glancing over to the other that had followed him in, "Suck is not the word for this...." Closing his eyes and staring back up he thought of how to get away from this toil. Reaching to his suitcase, he opened it and took out a picture. Sighing heavily he stared into it, as if trying to see something that he had missed before.
