In the category of laughably bad movies:
The Scorpion King 2.
Holy God. So awful. Randy Couture cannot act, the hot chicks were all underage, the script was atrocious, and the giant invisible scorpion at the end? I was dying of laughter. Worth a rental just because of how crap it is.

I saw the first Scorpion. I wasn't sure about the second one but now it seems like I am. rofl
omg I just saw The Mummy 3. eek I. hate. it. I hate it! Do you ever get that feeling, during a movie, that you want all the characters to die but you know they'll all end up happily ever after? Yeah. That was me.
I especially hated their son who need to be punched. badly.
The best part was when the emperor and his army looked like they came from the land of melting chocolate. Yummy!

I was a big fan of the first two Mummy movies, but I've heard mixed responses about the third one... I'm afraid to see it.

I didn't like it until I stopped taking it seriously in the least, and then it was okay - but I can't for the life of me remember if I've only seen parts of the first two movies or the entire movies, so I can't really compare it. *shrug*

Silver: 1st and the 2nd Mummy were great! The 3rd....I don't know. There were too many questions and the acting was baaaad. I really didn't care for the new actress who played the wife of Brendan Fraiser. Too fake.

I haven't seen the new mummy yet, I'll probably wait to rent it. Hell the only movie I've seen is the Dark Knight(twice) this summer. I'm just not a movie theatre goer, I'll wait for all the other's I want to see to come out on video. confused Besides, I can watch it on a 50" widescreen television at home, and don't have to deal with kids. ...Unless my brother's kids come over that is. sweatdrop

THE DARK KNIGHT!! gonk heart
You know I didn't want to believe the critics when they were all "This is the best comic-based movie....ever." I was like, "Pssssh...stop exaggerating!" But I think....it might be....true. eek
Yes I did like Spider-man 2 and Iron Man and Transformers (etc) but, man, Heath Ledger as the Joker. So awesome. Such a great villain. I still can't forget the "fire truck is on fire" bit. XD;;;
