Falcon looked around her, staring with blank indifference at the nineteenth century furnishings that matched with the gold and burgundy curtains covering the wall-to-ceiling windows. Her closet was off to the right, which held all of her elaborate and casual clothing, all except her Eternity uniform, which was still being held at the Main Building in Montana. Her snug, night-black dress was comfortable enough, so she went to her mahogany desk and turned on her black laptop. The screen illuminated her face with an eerie blue light, as she hadn't bothered turning on the lights, and scanned the information on the city's undergrounds and daytime lounges. She couldn't help but be on guard, being as that was one of the most important laws in Eternity, and the penalty of being one of their top assassins; if she was going to live in this city, she would need to know her way around it like she had built it.

Falcon sighed. A lot had happened on "coincidence" since she had come to the Coven. She hadn't expected to see Robin here, and least of all had she expected to speak to her. The memories of her time in that organization were still flowing freely through their once-steel barrier, giving her an enormous headache with all the superfluous nonsense. She went through the doorway and perhaps slammed the door a trifle too hard.
