Canadian, Pancetta, etc, sure they aren't really considered "real" bacon but its pretty much the whole thing.

oh hai gais, funny thing happened to me yesterday! I was in a small foodstore in Helsinki getting some Sprite for to take to the movies with me, and voilá! I saw beef jerky! I've been to that store many many times (for to buy cheap sweets and drinks for the movies) and never before have I seen beef jerky there! surprised I was a bit tempted to buy a packet, but resisted, because I'm a bit ill and can't really taste much.
