A large field with the zaigou symbol burned in the middle. There is a locked shack that only zaigou can open, the shack contain enough hollow bait that it ould overrun the entire soul society with hollow. The field is fused with hollow reiatsu so that new recruits can became used to the negative reiatsu.
On the far end of the field there is a gate that leads to demi hollow. The demi hollows restrictions have been lifted and the is no limit including Vasto lords. Only expirenced Zaigou are allowed to train under with that enemy.

 Daven pulled out some hollow bait and snapped them, scattering the bait in the wind. He moved to the center of the practice area and let his reiatsu flow. He closed his eyes and imagined the Berserker and the Warrior, once again in mortal combat. He "grabbed" them both and shoved them into the power stream coming from Kidorui Genso. Once they were fused with that energy, Daven stood in the path of that energy, noting that it was black. His wrist began to burn. It wasn't painful, it was another case of it being right. He kept his hands down near his sides as the Hollow started gathering around him. One thing he wanted to test was if this Reido could cleanse the hollows, or if, like the quincy, it just destroyed them. Not that he cared either way. The thrill of the hunt and the joy of killing was starting to take over him mind. He started moving, slowly at first. He didn't fire the Reido beams, but he did wrap himself in their flames, feeling the power course through his body and mind. It was an altered state, and he knew it. In this way, he wasn't precicely Daven, he was a Zaigou, a synthesis of all four of the spirits living within him, the Warrior (protector of the Zanpakto), Kidorui Genso (his zanpakto's avatar), The Berserker (the Inner Hollow) and himself, the same Daven who had lived 5000 years. But that synthesis was critical to achieve the Zaigou state. Without all those parts cooperating and working together, the Zaigou would never be fulfilled. Any one of them taking over would be catastrophic. There was so much power here. He noticed that the Hollow were dying around him. In once case, Daven looked at his opponent and it vaporized. He didn't think he was shooting beams from his eyes, but his reiatsu was insanely high right now. It's possible that the sheer force of his reiatsu and the Reido reiatsu could have killed simply by being in the same vicinity. Not likely, but possible. He felt Evil come in. He had been expecting her. He knew she was there because his scar burned again. He waved to her and went back to his killing. He would make sure that all these test subjects were dead and gone before he would start training her. It was then that he noticed the Z on the ground glowing a bit. That made him smile.

 Evil watched silently as Daven destroyed the Hollows. Her eyes glinted with excitement as the Zaigou symbol burned on the back of her hand. She smiled faintly, waiting for Daven to finish. The Bell on her collar jingled slightly but she shushed it. Her reitsu flared slightly at the prospect of training with Daven again, just like when she'd been a Vice Captain back in Squad 7. She very much wanted to learn more about the move he had used to dispatch the Hollows.

Daven finished up. Apparently the Reido did cleanse the Hollows instead of just destroying them. It was "dirty", clumsy, and not nearly as efficient as using a zanpakto, but it did work. That was good. He killed the last hollow and came over to his former student. "So, you wanted to train with me? What's up?"

"Yes, I would greatly appreciate it. I've never used my Zaigou abilities in combat before, and I was afraid I would destroy someone if I tested them out on anyone else. So far all I've done with it is repress it." She said. She was just itching to do something but she calmed herself a little, trying to not act stupid.

Daven looked her up and down. "Okay, in that case we will have to start from the beginning." Daven went over to the cabinet and pulled out another piece of Hollow Bait, and made sure the barriers were up and holding. He snapped the bait and waited for Evil to start. When the first Hollow showed up, he said, "Well, what are you waiting for? There's your enemy, kill it."

Evil's eyes glittered and she lunged forward, not bothering to unsheathe her Zanpakto. She wanted to transform, but felt she could relish the combat more if she didn't have fangs and claws. The symbol glowed fiercely on the back of her hound now as she tensed and brought back her fist reinforced with reitsu to punch a hole through the Hollow's head.

"Pitiful. Here, THIS is what it should look like." Daven let another hollow out of the holding area, and it streaked right for Daven. He invoked his Zaigou state and then he punched with his Reido wrapped around his arm. The two hollows disappeared as though they never existed. "You have to be in your Zaigou state FIRST. All you did was punch him with reiatsu, nothing else." "Show me you get into your Zaigou state." Daven ordered.

((No physical changes when in Zaigou state right? If so, I can edit the post.)) Evil's eyes narrowed slightly. Before all she'd done was suppress it. She let her excitement build, body thrumming with energy. Then she released into her Zaigou state, Reido swirled around her choppily, in powerful burst. She looked at herself, the corners of her lips twitching in an effort to suppress a grin.

Daven strode up and slapped her, breaking her concentration and dropping her out of that state. "No! You have to have a synergy between you, the Inner Hollow, the Zanpakto, and the Zaigou, all of you working together to combine into one. It shouldn't be choppy, it shouldn't be awkward or a struggle. It should be a joining and a marriage between yourself and you." Daven spent the next several minutes describing in detail how his felt to him, how he fused and how he felt when it happened. (( there are, the symbol glows and your eyes go black with the same black reiatsu of the Reido.))

(( Okay, I wasn't sure. But, that's why I'm here. ^^ )) Evil recoiled from the slap, lips pulling back from her teeth in a mimic of her Werewolf snarl. She calmed again, but she still felt that odd thrumming. "I see...Let me try." Evil closed her eyes, delving into her mind. She went deeper than usual, since her Zaigou form and Inner Hollow were more under lock and key. She found them desperately and they each glared hatefully at her. She sighed. Why was it that just about every spirit in her despised her? She explained the them what needed to be done. They looked doubtful, and even defiant. Then Beast snarled from inside it's Bell. God Damn you whimpering babies! Do what she says or I'll rip you up! That settled the matter. Hiokami, Shikyo (Zaigou), and Kasshokuyajuu (Hollow) came together and a flash of Black light engulfed her. She opened her eyes again and this time they glowed black, and symbols glowed all over her body.

((Reitsu or Reido? If it's Reido I'll edit it.)) Evil complied, her Reitsu wrapping around her visible. She felt as if she was on one of those jumpy drugs, like Cocaine or something. She ground her teeth, it could visibly be heard as she attempted to not spring off all over the place.

(( Same essential substance, it's the spiritual power inside you. Reido is the specific beam/attack that destroys hollows. The reiatsu looks black in this state. ))
Daven watched her. It was the same hyper state he got into when he was in his Zaigou state.
He let the Hollows free and got ready to help her if she needed it. About twenty Hollows swarmed her.

((Okay then. No Zanpakto abilities? I know it's a stupid question, but I just wanted to know. ^^ I wonder what she'd look like in Werewolf form like this...lol. Oh yeah, going to bed, it's late.)) Evil covered her mouth but couldn't stop the high-pitched giggle that escaped. She surveyed the Hollows then shunpo'd rapidly forward, standing in front of the Hollows so they could lash out at her, only to be destroyed by a swift kick or punch to the vital areas. She felt a little twitchy but she dismissed it. God, she felt just great.She reached up just as one Hollow was about to bite her. She grasped it's head firmly in her hands and jerked backwards, ripping it's head off. Blood spurted onto her before the Hollow faded and she jumped to the next Hollow, landing on it's back. She ripped out it's spine and it howled in pain and agony. She looked around wildly, but all the Hollow were gone. "More." She said.
