curently our cryteria is
originality-6
total apeal- 7
matching and layering-5
mathes theme-7
i think that the theme amount should be brought down, and matching layering should be brought up. perhaps the two numbers should switch.
Any other opinions?

6 - Orginality
7 - General Appeal
6 - color Usage & layering
6 - How well it works with the round's Theme
