Has anyone else heard of the Polyphonic Spree? They're like a new age hippie indie band with some awesome songs! theve got like 20 people in their band, about 10 of them singing. check them out!!!

I've only heard a few songs. "Reach for the Sun" is an okay song.

I have one of their cd's i like them ok my mom is really into them. there sorta culty.

Yeah, I have both of their albums. Kinda trippy and there are some really good tracks, but some of it is just filler. The cult thing is over played and I don't think they even take themselves that seriously. The front-man is Tim Delaughter of the band "tripping Daisy" that saw some brief notoriety from the song "I gotta girl" in the early to mid nineties.
The only problem with this band is that they're so sugary, they get annoying after a while. While I'm all for love and happiness but I don't want it to make me a diabetic.

i HAVE seen the polyphonic spree sing live! i was at a music festival, and there was about 20 mad people on stage wearing white and making mental music....i had no idea who they were till i looked them up on the interent the next day. 3nodding
