You walk into the class. There is nothing out of the ordinary. Single desks laid out across the class. A simple chalk board is at the front of the class and there are windows on either side.

Ms Cronea sat on her desk. She had been told a pupil called Cruise Parker was to have some maths mentoring as he was a little bit behind on work as he was new. She had prepared a few sheets and put a lot of hard work into this. She didn't want to get mad at him as he was new, trouble was he was already 10 minutes late and she was going to have to go on duty soon.
Cruise slowly wandered in 15 minutes late. He looked at the teacher who was handing him some sheets. He sighed and snatched them from her. And slouched into a desk. He looked at her, behind her she had written her name on the board, Ms Cronea.
"Copy your name, your tutor and my name onto the sheet. And be quick." She looked at the clock she had 5 minutes till break she needed him to get on with it asap. "As soon as you've done it start, and don't try to speak to me or inter act with ANYONE unless you don't understand the work." She turned away.
"Keep your hair on." He muttered, she turned around and gave him a glare. As she turned back he said, "someone a little stressy today?"
"As a matter of fact I am!" She turned around and marched straight up to him. "The headteacher asked me to mentor you, you saunter in 15 minutes late, slouch down and give me cheek. So just do your work." She leaned really closely just inches away from his face. "Do you understand?"
"Yeah yeah, what a suprise you aint married when your so stressy, not to mention your breath! I bet you haven't had a boyfriend in years." He laughed. It looked as though she was going to cry. "What's the matter? Truth hurts." He burst out laughing as she nearly broke down there and then.
"Get out! Get out of my sight NOW! Go see the head. You'll be sure to go on report, good luck in this school, I doubt you'll be here for too many weeks with your attitude." She turned around. "Leave now and make sure you see the head, I'll be checking."
Cruise walked out of the classroom still laughing at his jokes. He saw a kid walk past, he smiled at him and the kid nodded back.
"Where's the head's office?" Cruise asked.
The kid looked up, "Down the hall to the right, isn't this your first day?"
"Yeah," Cruise laughed, "Who are you?"
"Lloyd. Meet me in the alley at break, if you want to, what do they call you?"
"Cruise, Cruise Parker, middle name Peter," he laughed, "So you can call me Spiderman, if you like. And yeah, I might meet you there, if I'm out of the head's office. I'm going on report or summat."
Lloyd smile. "Fair enough, I'm on report, I'm only on pre-level, I gotta run, tell me what you did later at the alley, you might be in my lessons though. Anyways I'll catch you later."
"In a bit." Cruise walked and took a seat out of the head's office.
