Dark brown paws moved carefully, cautious of any who might hear. It wasn't too easy, though, as Mut had never had too much for grace, nor was her jewelery quiet in the least. As she moved, it moved, the bangles clanged together, making a soft jangling sound. The lioness cringed, ears flattening back just a bit. How did one sneak around at night like this?

It was simple. Nobody snuck around at night, making such noise. Rising from the den she shared with her mother, Ishara, and their collective cubs, the white lioness slipped off to see what was going on. What she found was a pale lioness, almost white, trying to sneak. She frowned, tilting her head to watch.

Looking about, Mut wondered if she'd woken anybody. When she'd seen no movement, she started to walk again. But a twig snapping behind her made her spin, nearly tripping over her own paws. Right there behind her stood a white lioness... In fact, she looked a lot like Kabichi.

Tilting her head, Kohpi moved closer. "Why do you sneak around so late?" She looked back towards the Pridelands for a moment, before looking at the other lioness again. "Don't you have others to worry about you?" She fidgeted, not wanting to be away too long. Someone might wake up and worry.

Mut swallowed, looking down. After a moment, her gaze returned to the white lioness. "I was just restless, is all..." She flicked her ears, looking around into the darkness. It was so... Imposing. It made her shiver, feeling suddenly cold. She had to stop. No, it wasn't the night, the darkness... Why did she feel so cold so suddenly? She sat down, ears back, trying not to fall over.

Ears perking, Kohpi hurried over, nudging the other lioness. "Are you alright? Why are you shivering?" She tried looking in the lioness' eyes... And had to stop. She'd seen that sort of look before. She'd seen it often enough. Miira'd had the look in her eyes, and it hadn't taken the lioness all too long to figure out why. "You're a seer..." She sat down, saying no more, wondering... What was she seeing?

A lion the color of blood, with a mane of darkness... A lioness, once brown as the earth and now red as blood herself from anger... A two lion betweens, one silver of mane and red-brown of the earth and the other of smoke and darkness, with blacker-than-night hair streaked gold, stood off a different branch. A dark lion, a shadow of what once was, standing before the branch that led to Kabichi and this lioness....
Her eyes suddenly cleared, and the shivering stopped. Her body warmed up, as Mut looked to this pale lioness. That was why she looked so similar... "You're Kabichi's sister..." It wasn't a question, she knew. She also knew... Their father would never be met, not in this lifetime.

She'd nearly fallen asleep where she sat, waiting out the vision. Giving a start, Kohpi looked at Mut. "Huh? Oh! Yeah! You know Kabi?" She grinned, sitting more comfortably. "You must, you know her name! I'm Khopi!" She paused, thinking a moment, then looked back. "What's your name, Miss Seer?"

"How did you know I'm a seer...?" She frowned, surprised by this. She'd never even mentioned it... Was Kohpi a seer, too? She was certainly bubbly and full of energy, even with it being so late. "I'm Mut'salama... But... Everybody calls me Mut." She shivered, a last remnant of her vision. "I think I'm gonna go back to where it's safe... For now..." She didn't like it out here. "It's so dark..."

Kohpi grinned, almost looking like her tongue should have lolled out. "One of my daughters is a seer!" It was a simple enough explanation. She found it funny that it was also her only white offspring. She paused, taking in the name. Mut... It was so simple! She liked it. Standing, she almost bounced. "I can take you back to the family den, you can sleep with us! There's lots of us!" Her ears flicked in pause again. "Dark?" She looked around, red eyes big and bright. "Oooh, it's night, tha's right! Just follow me!" She then turned and bounced off, tail held cubbishly high.

Before Mut could question the offer, or ask more about the seer cub, she followed after Kohpi. She didn't seem phased in the least by how dark it was. It was like... Even in the darkness, this lioness had a light in her. Mut sighed trotting to keep up. This would be an interesting night...
