I think your drawing is pretty good, but in terms of proportion, the chest is like a line from the top of the shoulder (the corner) to the waist.
The wings are pretty fine, but I have a pet peeve where wings have to be almost symmetrical, (I know that's wrong, but it's my habit, so
don't change it if you like it the way it is.) Wing feathers are also like giant V's. Always getting larger at the end. (But if you want to do each feather, I salute you, and shall hang my head in shame at your determination compared to the lack of mine)
You could always use your hands to see how the fingers are. I also done the arm in blocks so you can see the elbows properly.
As for feet, you've got that down great, but I feel the legs need to go in a little from the knee so it'd be more comfortable, or at least the leg he's got his hand draped over, (Unless he's doing the splits.) You've also got the folds pretty right as far as I can see, especially around the feet and neck.
The surrounding feathers are awesome, and give it a really nice soft feel around the character. Sorta like a fallen angel or something.
So you could make him hold a feather or an item. That way you've given him something to do with his hand, and it's generally easier to draw.
(Unless you find it isn't, then scrap that and do something that you find easier)
I hope I helped, and if I haven't, I'm sorry. D: I'll try to explain it better.
