Chobits is a about a guy named Hideki who is a plain and knows absolutley nothing about technology. He wasn't able to get into college so he decided to go to cram school in a city full of robots that are shaped as humans; persecoms. On his way home, one day, he finds a beautiful persocom in someone's trash. When he takes her home, all she can say is Chii. And later he finds out that Chii is a special persocom and that she has a software that allows her to learn things when taught. So Hideki teaches Chii phrases, actions, and everything else.
