Xaivary was wandering about the meadow, nothing so interesting or dazzling as beads of water to flick from her mane to sparkle through the sunlight. Some dust, and perhaps a bit of grass were there, but that was normal when you'd been ducking your head to munch on the local plantlife.
It was rather hard not to notice the dripping wet stallion, the darkness of his pelt a stark contrast to the rolling green, especially with all the soggy shimmering he was doing. Normally... Xaivy probably wouldn't have bothered approaching him. Usually she cared not one wit one way or the other if others appeared around her unless they approached her for some reason. But today the mare was rather bored, and tall, dark, and handsome was certainly more interesting than the
grass.
Hence, she trotted over, but not all that close. Within reasonable talking distance. "Yo." My, wasn't she the conversationalist? She flicked her tail, waiting for a moment as she glanced him over. "Nice necklace." Her tone was rather deadpan, enough flavor to keep it from the horrors of monotone without really denoting much by way of emotion. The pleasant alto was not unfriendly, however; just bored. A little random conversation to pass the time was all she was expecting right now.
