Villa Madison
 Villa Madison is a beachfront mansion owned by the Madison family. The villa is a two-story vacation home that isn't exactly the main residence of the family. The two daughters, Clarissa and Alyssa spend the most time here. Located a few minutes outside the main center of the city, the villa is in a tropical sort of splendor exuberating the rich taste and architectural style of the Madison family. It is here that Clarissa finds inspiration for her work in fashion design: in peace and solitude.

Floorplan, rooms, and the courtyard
Still being worked on. You can generally tell from the above drawing on what exactly is in the residence. Especially the courtyard on the second level.
Which looks like this:
The first floor consists of: an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, drawing room/music room, and a ballroom.
The second floor consists of: all bedrooms and the courtyard
The third floor consists of: a storage area (not exactly an attic), balconies that view the somewhat-indoor courtyard that has no roof so you're also outside.
Let's not forget the backyard's swimming pool...which is still overshadowed by the large ocean in front of it.

Other residences of the Madison family
A winter home in England  and the main residence in France  Visits to these two places are very rare, and as such, the family usually comes to Japan to see how Clarissa and Alyssa are doing. The two sisters usually talk about these places to other people of their status, if real estate were a large topic of conversation for the socially rich students of Ouran.
Residences of the English manor: Three sons - Alexander (Alex) Gabriel Madison, Michael Laurent Madison, and Hayden Christophe Madison.
Residences of the French manor: Parents - Aurélie Bernadette Madison and Bertrand Gilles Madison. Daughter - Eclair Jeanine Madison
All are mentioned only in talk by Clarissa and Alyssa.

As the sun was still up in the afternoon, the sky was slowly becoming orange as Marguerite was driving her sister home in her Mercedes-Benz. The ride home was silent, save for the breeze and the sound of the ocean along the way. Not even the radio was turned on, and everything was natural. Clarissa thought of the few guys she just met at the club. 'Yeah, they're pretty attractive, but what's their real personality?' she asked herself in her mind. 'That Kyouya guy is pretty attractive. I can't believe his family is business-connected with ours.'

"So you haven't been there before, either?" Alyssa asked her older sister. It didn't seem as if Clarissa was buddy-buddy with everyone yet, but she was her usual cool and "guard-upped" person she knew her to be. "I didn't think the guys were that cute. But you never know...there may be more." Alyssa chuckled. "A couple rounds of tennis and then a movie sound okay to you?" she asked. "I've still got a lot of fight left in me for the day." Which was true, as Alyssa was probably the most tomboyish daughter in the family.

"No, I haven't. I just heard of the club as a recommendation from a friend. Something like that." She nodded her head as her sister said that Kaoru and Kyouya were cute. "I guess. The Host Club can't be run by just two people, can it? No, actually the club's leader is this guy from France. Suoh...I think that's his name. Have you ever met a guy by that surname, Alyssa?" Finally, Clarissa smiled as her sister suggested tennis and a movie. "Sounds like a good way to wrap up the day." The car finally pulled up the private driveway of the seaside villa. "Home again."

"No, why?" she said in response to the question about some guy named Suoh. "He's from France? We should have been able to meet him there, at least. He must be from a prominent family if he's the leader of that club, don't you think?" As they arrived at the house, she bolted excitedly out of the car and went to go unlock the door. Alyssa called out to her sister, "I'm gonna go head over to the court and warm up. Don't forget we're still playing." Never mind that it would be dark in a while - it was their private estate, however it was just the two of them living together without servants or anything. For the overall area however (since there were so many other houses in the place) there were some security guards stationed and watching the cameras for any sort of suspicious activity. Not like the girls had anything to worry about.

"Then we probably don't gallivant in the same social circles as he does," she said with a slight smile. "I'll go change and meet back at the court in a few minutes." She hopped into the house and up the stairs to her room. It took a while for her to locate her tennis outfit and changed into it, and brought down a duffel bag with tennis rackets and balls inside. "Ready?" she asked, bouncing a ball onto the court and hitting it with her own racket.

Alyssa took a swig of water and walked to her side of the court. "As always," she said. "Fifteen minutes 'coz it's getting cold out here," she said on the time limit. At least it was some form of exercise. "I'll serve." She had her gear from tennis club with her and threw the ball into the air, whacking it to the other side afterwards. "So, when's the next time we're heading home? We were supposed to over winter vacation. It's not too late to book tickets. We can go for the rest of the month and come back when school resumes in the middle of January."
