Yikohau sat on the edge of a cliff watching the group down below.
She giggled as she watched them.
Such silly creatures they were.
They had no such thinkings of the bigger world.
What was important to them, was the comings, and goings of their own little world.
She slipped off the edge, and drew her big sword from her back as she fell.
It dug into the ground, stopping her from falling.
Yikohau swung around the sheath with the energy from the fall and sat on the top of her sword that was dug into the ground.
" Is this all you guys do.. so boring..." he said sitting on the edge leaning her chin on one of her open hands.
She wondered if any of the party had even noticed her sitting up there or before she jumped.
Because they sure as hell saw her now.

(((OOC: For the sake of needing characters, I'm hijacking Gourry)))

"Damn it, Gourry! I thought I told you to keep your hands off!"
Having been forced from their last inn, on account of a small mishap with a particularly badly aimed fireball, the Lina-tachi were off on the road...
Again...
Lina Inverse rolled her eyes, hands on slender hips as she strode forward. She flung red hair back over one shoulder, glaring at the tall blond who walked beside her.
"That was my takoyaki, Gourry!" the sorceress argued. "And you just HAD to steal it!"
"But you put it down!" Gourry Gabriev replied, blond hair streaming out behind him as he rushed to catch up to the, rather short, sorcery genius.
But Lina wasn't having it.
She was causing a ruckus, loud and bold, as they walked through the mountainous forest.
Well... at least until there was the sound of a sword being drawn.
Lina looked over to Gourry, seeing the swordsman brandishing the sword they'd gotten him to temporarily replace his lost Hikari no Ken. It had been the sound of steel on the scabbard, Gourry's sword actually, which had drawn Lina's attention.
Eyes focusing and traveling down the line of Gourry's gaze, Lina came face-to-face with a rather strange looking woman...
A woman, who carried a sword large enough to cut a lesser demon in two with little effort.
"Na... nani?!" Lina stammered, hands going to her left side as she began summoning the magic for one of her favorite spells... a fireball.
"Dare desu ka?" she asked, demanding to know just who this person was.

(((OOC: No Xellos yet. But, as every Slayers fan knows... he doesn't come in until a few eps into the season, hehehehe!)))

Zelgadis crossed his arms as he walked behind the arguing two.
He had not say on the matter of what they we're arguing about.
Zel actually thought it quiet childish, but not above Lina and Gourry.
He was content to stand on the sidelines during this.
But that all stopped quickly when he heard the something making noise in the wind.
Zelgadis brought back his hand into favorite spell ready to attack the Diem Wing.
The blue colored man was holding his position and waiting for any clue that it was time to attack.

She laughed as she sat on her sword. " Oh come on your gonna attack me so early in the game already Lina-san?" she said smiling. " Come now Gourry-san you are no match for me with the messily weapon. And you Zel.. well.. you can hit me with your magic if you want, i can easily defend against it."
She ran a hand through her bangs. " I am Yikohau."

Lina frowned, but her defensive position never wavered.
Nor did Gourry's, for the man still held his sword before him, ready to attack at a moment's notice.
"Well, you obviously know who we are." Lina spoke, watching this newcomer carefully. "And even though you HAVE introduced yourself... I've still got no clue who you are, Yikohau-san."
The sorceress felt a bit off, being surprised like this after all.

Zel raised an eyebrow at the girl.
She had called all others San.. but didn't call him San.
Yiko had called him simply Zel.
He stood there letting Lina talk to the girl to find out more.

She leaned her head down more and smiled brightly.
" Xellos-chan has told me so much about you're little group. I am well versed in your stories up to now. You guys are pretty interesting. Except for now. You bore me."

This surprised Lina more than anything, "Xellos?" she asked, eyes narrowing.
For a moment, it seemed that the sorceress was about to explode at the mere mentioning of the mazoku's name.
"Xellos?" Lina asked again, hands clenching into fists at her sides. "XELLOS?!"
Oh yes... she was obviously pissed.

IC: Gourry blinked. Things seemed to go from bad to worse really fast. No, wait, Lina wasn't yelling at him now, that was better, wasn't it?
Gourry studied the newcomer standing before them. She looked like a woman, didn't she just, but that sword she was carrying. It made even a two handed Claymore look small. It had to be heavy, how the hell did she hold it so easily?
He began to suspect maybe she wasn't quite, well, human?
His wagon of thought was distracted as Lina yelled a name.
Xellos...
Uh, Lina, who's Xellos? he asked.
He sounded so innocent too...

Lina's right eye twitched and she spun on Gourry. "Xellos dare desu ka?!" the woman's hands balled into fists before she jumped into the air, slamming one fist down on top of the swordsman's head. "He's a monster, remember? Geez, Gourry... you'd think you'd pay more attention to someone who's only traveled with us in the past."
The sorceress sighed, folding her arms over her chest as she glared at the strange woman before them. "What does Xellos have to do with you... or us for that matter?" Lina demanded.

He should really be used to that kind of thing.
But how could the man forget something so recent.
The man did forget who he was, so he wasn't really giving him that much credit.

"Don't give me that 'sore wa himitsu desu' crap." Lina replied angrily. "If you're a student of Xellos... which... actually makes me wonder about your sanity, then you're obviously a mazoku. Therefore..."
"Therefore she is certainly not productive to your current state of affairs." spoke a voice from above and behind the ground.
The sorceress turned, eyes glaring daggers at the cloaked man who was sitting down on the opposite cliff face, one leg crossed over the other, sipping tea.
"Xellos..."
Smirking, the Mazoku nodded, "Hai hai, Lina-san. Surely you didn't think I'd let my student appear without some supervision, ne?"

Gourry rubbed his head and stood back up, then looked over to where Lina was talking to someone. Oh hey, he knew that guy. He looked really familiar.
"Heya, John!" he called to the Trickster Priest.
OOC: Hey, I had to have at least one Revolution based joke now didn't I? ^_^. Please see my question in the ooc thread.

A tiny sweatdrop appeared on Xellos' head. "Konnichiwa, Gourry-san."
"HE'S NOT JOHN!" Lina shouted, slamming her fist into the swordsman's temple, knocking him away.
The woman was clearly pissed.
