That is molestation. The exact definition of rape varies slightly from place to place, but that sort of touching does not fall under the definition of rape anywhere to my knowledge. Most places define rape as when someone forces you into having sexual intercourse or when they penetrate you in another way. Other places define it is as forced vaginal intercourse only.
Even though it was a few years ago, I'd recommend telling someone about it such as a counselor your parents.
