We are here today to address the issue of user Chic Sk8r's actions within the thread.

On August 31, 2008, Chic Sk8r has been caught lying on page 4114 - post 5.  (proof - see the circled items)

The story behind this:Many thread regulars, including but not limited to IICARRIONII, bubblewafflecake, Lola Coca-Cola, and Chic Sk8r ( page 4109), received a blank trade from gardian_of_the_devil, asking for donations. Chic Sk8r claimed to have traded him gold ( page 4111 - last post) and valuables including Alruna's Rose, Aquatica, Elemental Wings, and Hermes Moon, (as seen above) and sulks about having given her allegedly valuable items to this random beggar (sulking: pages 4110-4113).

However, the catch is: How can one lose or give away items that one has never had? Some may argue that Chic Sk8r hadn't gotten around to updating her signature or profile, but many regulars can tell you that her signature hasn't changed in quite a while. Regulars, including XxUnforgiven_MemoriesxX, will also be able to support that Chic Sk8r has never been seen wearing any of the items listed above. IICARRIONII was one of many with suspicions, and decided to do some more investigating. His search has yielded this information: Others also wonder what would convince a person to give that much to a random beggar. Chic Sk8r clamis that she did not want to be mean and that she over-reacted. (pages 4110 and 4113 respectively.) Everyone else things that this is beyond an irrational reaction.

A second lie was uncovered on September 1, 2008.Although there is a possibility that there is a misunderstanding of words, the context in which both posts where stated makes this a slim chance. (Post 1: 4104) (Post 2: 4154)

There are other, more ambiguous statements that make Chic Sk8r's credibility questionable, but the above evidence provided is clear-cut.The point?Chic Sk8r has undeniably lied to the thread. The Thread Rules do not cover the issue of lying specifically, but as a gift-giving thread, the integrity of givers and receivers is a value that is highly honored. On an ever larger perspective, people will agree that lying is wrong. This act has shocked and offended many people in the thread, so something must be done about it.The options are (if found guilty):-Probation in the guild, and blacklisting in the thread. -Banning in the thread and guild, including blacklisting in the thread and guild. *(She has already been blacklisted in the thread.) Chic Sk8r will be allowed to defend herself at this hearing.

Updates: As of September 1, 2008, she has changed her username from Chic Sk8r to 3Brok3n_Lynx3. September 3, 2008: XxBrok3n_SpiritXx is suspected of being her new/mule account.

i cant believe she would do anything like tat......but then again its reality be best for everyone if she probably quit the guild and our thread.

I say she should get blacklisted and banned from the thread. She lied to us many times. I mean, she told us that lost her most expensive, precious items by giving it to that beggar. If it was so precious, why give it away? And why give all of them? I never seen her wear them at all. And in the evidence; it shows she's been questing them. So, she probably lied to get them.
Also, she told us death stories. One about her sister who she apparently didn't care about. And her father. Why would she be on? Even if she didn't like her sister ( which seems really heartless that she didn't care that she "died" ) shouldn't she be with her family. And she said that her father died also? What's up with that? It's messed up if she lies about her family with death stories just to get pixels. x_x;
I don't really get the whole I'm canadian thing and I live in Virginia. I think what she was trying to say is that her race was Canadian, but that she lived in Virginia. Like, I'm hispanic and I live in the USA. So, I'm not sure about that. So...I don't know where we're going with that one. xD
D; I say she should get banned. And why did she change her name? o wo;

she should be permanantly banned from the guild and thread, she has had enough pity parties. she has lied to everyone to make us feel sorry for her, and these werent small lies, they were about family members dying
