Briefing: What is believed to be Razor Jackal has broken into Outer Haven and has stolen plans for a super weapon originally named the OneEyed Ghost. Hound states that Jackal will have a mass produced model in about a week, and plans to test the weapon on Outer Heaven itself. This mass production Objective: -To eliminate whoever stole the OEG blueprints. -Stop the mass production of OEG-based weapons. -Erase the existence of OEG and all all weapons related to it. Razor Jackal Jackal sat there in his make-shift office. He was over looking the creation of the weapon. It would be best if the weapon was done in a week. He would create a hybrid model of Hound and His own ideas, and get his squad to recover the original weapon outfitted for the gun. "More money to be made" he thought. A bleach blonde walked in his office. Jackal barked more orders for the weapon and then said, "Prepare your squad to infiltrate and recover any information on the original weapon...One Eye was it?" "Yes sir," the blonde said. Her name was Fallen Succubus, Jackal's right hand woman. "Also, send in and hire all the mercenaries you can. I don't think you have to worry about paying. Most of them will die in the fight...If my old platoon happens to be there." He stood there, overlooking the desert base he had paid hundreds of millions for its creation and supplying. It was a fully functioning military base, complete with it's own airstrip, laboratory, and also conviniently in the middle of nowhere. "Let's shoot down that bird called Outer Heaven before it snatches away this cash cow of mine..." Razor Jackal Jackal stood over the blueprints of Outer Heaven. Fallen Succubus and her team stood over the plan as they were given directions. A nod here and there. It was a clean up and retrieve plan. Get Rizen Hound, eliminate all witnesses, and send the base to kingdom come. "The weapon, know as Grym Reaper, is now functional. We will strike in a few days. Clean sweep, kill, take, and kill. And don't forget to run fast. Stellar Rook, you snipe out all of the turrets using the Ghost Vacuum. Succubus and Incubus will head in and lead the mercenaries. White Mamba will attack from the skies. " Jackal turned and sat down on a cheap plastic chair. "Spiral Wyrm, you shall go undetected with Giga Wyrm and both of you will take care of the AI. Now for the rest, I trust that the mercs are ready for combat?" "Aye sir. Itchin for combat, they are," Succubus said. "And my team is as ready as ever."

Wow.. this was unexpected. We kinda needed to get more organized but ok. This'll be a temp thread for that I guess.
Right now, we need individuals to post here who want to be part of the arc, for both scheduling and unit preparation.
Also, it needs to be understood, that when the arc is going there's no 'I' about it. Your character can't go off alone, this is a unit project and needs to move as such, same with combat attacks and manuvers.
RZR, when were you thinking about starting this for reference? Like date wise.

sorry about the unexpectedness. but i thought i'd make this just so we'd have a head's up that we're actually gunna have an arc.
I understand. ^^. The two council members are, of course, directly affiliated with Jackal. I'll be a team player, Achi-chan.
I think that we should give this a week. Starting on Tuesday, I wont be online at all as far as i know. and I'll be back Saturday late night. We can have a decent story started in a week. I'll prepare things.

Fox will be involved, as he's somewhere on the side of royally pissed off that his weapons plans have gone and been stolen.

I'll be honest, it needs to be very descriptive. How do we know this person is the one? Will this be an all out war? Where would we be attacking? What time of the year is it? What kind of forces will be there? What's the terrain? Why should I help? What will the enemy be using for weaponry? How trained are they? Will they be...bosses of sorts? Take a long time to really plan this with detail please. The way I've really made my character is a very realistic kinda person, a very realistic take on things and I would rather not volenteer myself for something thrown together.
As well... put some background effort to it to make me want to do this. Desert Tiger could walk away for all he cares, so don't forget about those details.

Well, it seems like Jackal belongs to an elite unit, so we would expect higher-quality weapons than things like Ak-47s and such. Not to mention they have the OneEyed Ghost, which, depending on how Jackal ends up assembling it, could end up being either a standard sniper rifle or a monster of a destructive turret. Training- elites, most likely. Terrain- That's a legitimate question. I'd like to see a jungle environment implemented, as that's Fox's forte, but at least some of the fighting- presumably the final confrontation- will happen indoors. We know because of documents that Wild Card brought in, and Hound's own experience with him. And there was a note left behind that had the guy's name on it. That's usually considered a pretty large clue. Presumably the battle could begin as a stealth op, and then devolve into an all-out war inside the building or something. Most likely Jackal will have his own elite unit which would consist of bosses, so to speak, while the standard soldiers could be the equivalent of FROG troopers. Minus the suckiness.

Okay guys, ive posted a short "post" from Jackal himself[?] there.
I'll add more as time goes...[when im free]
Terrain: I plan to start it here in outer heaven, _________ , then finally Jackal's home turf in the desert.
Enemies: Jackal plans to hire his own private army of mercenaries, so the enemy will be varied, but let's not forget that he has his own Elites unit. Rest assured that I will create some notable characters here ^^.
As for Jackal's backstory, Achi-chan, would you like me to post on in the character bios? or here?

We should consider drawing up a map of the area. I'd do it if I could get the proper details down.
In fact, I'm going to do it anyways. Just let me know what needs to be changed on it.
I'll be doing this in Illustrator and/or Paint.
So... Yeah. I have something to do now.
